We recently moved and locked ourselves out of our new home. We called Abba and they sent a technician, Pete, out right away to accommodate our schedule, even working with us to change the time after we booked it. He was very knowledgeable about our locks and was able to get us back in the house very quickly. He took the time to explain options for our doors and rekeying. We had a miscommunication with a charge for keys for the door that self locked which wasn't explained to us on the phone when we booked the appt. The owner called following the appt and was very courteous and upon hearing of the issue with the key charge credited us back. I would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to friends. Amazing Amazing Amazing. I called first thing in the morning and Rob came right out to my business. We have been having issues with the lock and I had finally had enough. Rob was kind, quick and down right amazing. He told me that my lock was old and replacing it was my best option. He even said that he could mold it to my current key. The price was unbeatable. Got quotes on YELP yesterday because we had renters moving out the next day (we were not sure what time - hoping the earlier the better!). I was painting the front door today and needed to remove all the hardware. After all done I replaced the hardware nothing worked right. After numerous attempts to remove and replace nothing helped. Incredible customer service and support! Embarrassingly I had to use them twice in one day!! They were super helpful in the morning and opened the house in 2 minutes!
