I noticed our 80 year-old backyard pecan tree was beginning to lean toward our house and seemed to be out of balance, so I called Aaron's Tree Service. Aaron came to our house, agreed with my assessment and suggested ways to hopefully save not only the tree, but also our house. He quoted me a very reasonable price and the following day his crew showed up on time and not only completed the job quickly and efficiently, but did a thorough clean up as well. I will certainly use Aaron's Tree Service again if the need arises. read more

I've had Aaron and his crew service our yard many times. Aaron has proven over again to be very hard working, knowledgeable, fair and really wants to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied. With the recent wet weather that cancelled the scheduled service, he and Lorena worked with me to set a new date as soon as possible. The latest service was to trim many trees and they came out early and did another fine job and as usual, cleaned up very nicely. I've recommended his business to friends and neighbors and they've called him as well! read more

Needed to have some serious trimming done on a huge elm in our backyard. Got a quote from one company that I felt was outrageous. I contacted Aaron's and they put me on the calendar to come out. Now, they were backed up because of all the cleanup everyone in town was having done due to the freeze earlier this year but I wasn't in a rush so I was ok with that. They came out and gave me a more reasonable quote and came out a week later. The crew was efficient , did a great job trimming back some big branches from my neighbor's house and left the site clean. They even removed some dead limbs that I had collected. I really appreciated that. I had them do a fence line clean on another property as well because I just didn't have the time or patience to do it. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to my closest friends. read more

Great work, super fast and they cleaned up the worksite completely. These guys know what they're doing. I had a tree that required a cabling system to keep it from falling over. They came in assessed the best way to relieve weight without harming the main part of the tree and suggested cabling to keep it healthy. Aaron is the guy! read more

These guys are amazing. Quote Friday - literally half the price of the other guys. Trees gone by Tuesday. 5 trees in 4 hours. Not only that but he pointed out some regulations around trimming our live oaks that the others did not. Will definitely hire again for other tree needs. Thanks Aaron! read more

Needed two trees removed after not recovering for the 2020 freeze and another that needed trimming back. Aaron's was very responsive, scheduled a next day estimate, and gave us a price that was very competitive with other quotes we had got. Job was completed the next week in very efficient time and no issues. Cannot recommend enough. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about Aaron's Tree Service. If you need your trees serviced, they were hands down my best experience start to finish. From Lorena on the phone and through email, to Aaron stopping by for estimate, to the fast and skillful crew, everything went very smoothly. I sleuthed the interwebs, asked friends, and spoke to several providers firsthand. Many providers straight up never got back to me. I was concerned w/ this weather about a dead tree that dropped a gigantic limb last time it was windy. The dying tree was looming over the house, in addition to another tree dangerously straddling powerlines, as well as a third, happy, healthy tree which needed artful trimming (as not to sully the beautiful shape of the canopy). I know the city will address powerline concerns, but Aaron mentioned he'd go ahead and take care of that tree too, as part of his already thus unbeatable estimate. They were -responsive -the most reasonably priced -very patient with our questions, delays, back & forth, sending us their insurance policy etc... -quick to get us in prior to this winter storm -arrived at 7:30am and removed 2 trees and beautifully trimmed a third by 11:30am -they cleaned up the yard to absolute perfection -they accepted Venmo -when Venmo was technically on the fritz, they were understanding and patient waiting for payment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Fantastic work, very good pricing, and great communication. I will be calling Aaron and his team for some more yard help once we get some rain and can plant new trees! read more

Absolutely terrible. Stood me up twice for appointments. There's nothing quite like taking time off work and having nothing... no response to (polite) phone calls. No message. When I finally get a call back - two days later - no apology, just "they got caught up at a previous location." I understand things happen, but... at some point, don't you *realize* you're not going to make it? Send a text or something. And then, to act like it's no big deal to waste *my* time? I can find vendors a little more willing to treat me like an actual person. YMMV - they seem to have some good reviews - presumably if they show up. read more

We have a relatively young tree in our front yard that needed trimming. After several phone calls and some research online, Aaron's provided us with the best estimate, by far. On the day of service, everything was smooth from beginning to end. Aaron and his crew worked swiftly and in a professional manner. Aaron was also patient enough to answer all of my tree-related questions on the spot. Nothing was damaged and all the debris were cleaned up and hauled away. I've attached an image of the before and after pics. Overall, we're very satisfied with the results. If I had to pick on something, it would be that I was hoping they would trim away some of the random branches that are poking out from the higher areas, ones that I can't reach by myself without advanced tools. But I'm not well-versed in trees so maybe it's better to not cut them? I'll just ask Aaron the next time he comes for a trim. read more

Shut up same-day Quoted and then arrived a couple hours later and finish the job. Well done will hire him again.

We requested service and had an appointment scheduled for today between 11am-2pm. At 2:30pm, we called to check to make sure they were still coming and were told that Aaron was just running a bit behind schedule but that he would be here at 3pm. 3:45pm, we still haven't seen or heard from anyone. When I called to check the status again, I was told that he was still on his way. I asked why someone didn't notify us that there would be additional delays. Their response? "Well, I don't know to call the customers to let them know that there's a delay if Aaron doesn't notify me." So basically, they lack any sort of communication between Aaron and his office staff and the customer is left to sit around all day for someone who can't be bothered to show up or communicate with the customer that there's a delay. With so many other options out there, call someone else. This company will just waste your time. read more

We got multiple quotes to have our front yard cleared out and they were all priced way too high, Aaron's came through with an extremely fair price and actually charged us very little to do some extra work in the back yard. All in all we could not be happier...they were here on time, spent a good 3 and a half hours working at a fast pace and cleaned everything up after they left. They even hauled away 5 large home depot bags of trimmings that I had no idea how to dispose for free, they were happy to help in anyway possible. read more

Aaron and his crew tackled a tricky removal of a large hackberry growing right over my house and my neighbor's. Five stars for professional and friendly service. I will keep this short and to the point. Aaron's company really need to step up their game in the scheduling department. The "confusion" on their part when scheduling is unbelievable. If you are scheduling with them, please verify you have an actual appt and don't wait 2 or 3 weeks to find out nobody scheduled anything. My husband Fernando Salcedo scheduled a quote that was 3 weeks out. It was fine with us since our project was not an emergency and we knew it was a busy season. Aaron came out and gave us a quote that was pretty affordable so we were very happy. When Aaron left, my husband called and scheduled an appointment that was, again, 3 weeks out. The person helping him gave him an appt date of Aug. 16 and we decided to wait since it was hard getting someone out here. Now, today he called and the girl on the line said that nobody scheduled anything and if we wanted to schedule something it would be until September. My husband pointed out his conversation from 3 weeks ago but the girl didn't care and had a very SOL attitude towards the whole situation. The only reason I gave this company 4 stars instead of 2 is because we received a text from Aaron's company apologizing and offering an appt for August 21 so I can see he's making an effort and trying to make this right. So my advice is to call back to verify you do have an appt and you're not waiting like idiots like we did. read more

We called Aaron to help us out with some trees and some overgrowth by our fencing. He did an amazing job, again. He came out quickly and gave us a quote. These guys were fantastic. I really can't say enough good things about their speed and teamwork. Because I work from home - I had plenty of time to watch them work - slightly mesmerized by the process. Five guys came out and worked from morning till night. We paid less than $2K and after seeing how hard they work - and what a big project it really was- we realized what an incredible deal we got. The men were very professional and respectful with great attitudes. I highly recommend Aaron's Tree Service. read more

e used Aaron's Tree Service after meeting with a few other options. They exceeded my expectations and worked their butts off and did a great job -- in the height of Texas summer. Aaron came in the morning to discuss the plans with the crew and to answer any questions. His guys worked from 10-5 and did an incredible job. All of our trees were overgrown and had never been pruned back and our backyard is a pretty densely wooded green area. Now the yard front and back looks picturesque as the trees have raised their canopy and will clearly withstand storms better due to having less sail effect. Aaron also explained that trees grow "out" due due a lack of sunshine coming through a dense canopy. The more light they get through the canopy, the more it supports upward growth. As they prepared to leave, they cleaned up in a very efficient and effective manner. I was very impressed given how much they had cut down. Whether you have owned a home for a long time, are getting ready to sell, working on fire prevention, or you just want to keep things looking clean and neat, they do a great job. I highly recommend them for any of your tree service needs. read more

I am so, so pleased with Aaron's Tree Service. I had an oak tree that was VERY close to a gas meter and gas lines. I needed it out. While there were there providing a quote, there were a few other things doing...a huge branch covering up my driveway, (hardwood) trees that had been planted on the side of the house without thought of how they would damage the place as they grew. He scheduled all work to be done in a single afternoon. Well, they didn't finish that afternoon...but they did come back first thing in the morning to finish. They were there when they said, needed minimal input from me after I had the quote. When I went to look at the trunks/remainders of the trees, the ground was flat as could be, covered in a bit of mulch, and everything around it cleaned up. They really left the site looking great. When it comes time to trim back the oaks to prevent roof damage, I'll be calling Aaron's again, no question. read more

Booked an appointment for a quote. As far as I can remember, the appointment was for 9am-12 noon. At 2:30pm, the gentleman had still not arrived. I called the secretary to let her know I wanted him to please walk the property and give me the quote. I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. She agreed. A few weeks pass, I hear nothing from the company. I call back to ask what happened. Apparently, the gentleman did not walk the property that day as asked. There was still no quote. (They have 5 star reviews on yelp. Surely, they must be good, right?) She says they can come out right then. They do. They start cutting up my trees and dragging branches to the curb, before I have been given a quote and before I have even agreed to accept their services. I try to ask the 2 gentlemen on site, to please stop, but no one speaks English. I try to explain I do not want my trees cut up before I even know how much it is going to cost. Eventually, I get a call from another gentleman who speaks broken English. He says he is going to charge me $350. I say to please cease services. Suddenly, the price drops to $175. I accept the terms. I do mention that I am going to be writing a yelp review because this experience has certainly not felt 5 star. Suddenly the secretary is calling me explaining that my trees can be serviced for free. They don't want a bad review. I explain that feels incredibly dishonest to me. I ask her to send me a bill for the agreed upon price. To date, a few weeks later, I have received no bill. They cut about 5 small limbs away from a tree that was pressing up against our kitchen window. read more

I really can't say enough good things about Aaron and his team. I needed removal of a ligustrum, trimming on an oak tree, and some additional trimming on a tree/shrub. The oak tree supports my kid's tree swings and jungle gyms and the tree/shrub is something of a tree fort that my daughters use for play time. Both required some strategic trimming to open things up while leaving main branches for activity, make-believe espionage and wild imaginations. Aaron and his team performed a surgical strike and removed only the dead limbs and non-critical limbs to keep the gymnastics and forts in tact. Further, they delivered on what I believe to be the most valuable contractor qualities: being on time and working within a budget that come in at the estimate they provided. You won't go wrong with Aaron's Tree Service. read more

Great work, competitive price. Showed up on time and got the work done. Chopped up wood for later use.

I have 9 oak trees on my property, and 2 Italian Cypress trees. Aaron's tree service was able to trim all of those trees in a single day, and at a price I found to be quite fair. Aaron came to my house in-person to give an estimate, and a fair evaluation of what could/ should be done for each of the trees. He spoke frankly about how each tree should be managed, and then assured me that his guys could do the job. And what a job they did. Holy cow, watching his guys in my trees was not unlike watching circus acrobats swinging above the big top. His guys traveled up into the trees where squirrels feared tread. His guys not only trimmed the trees, but gathered all of the branches and carried them off. They also raked the lawn, and sealed each of the cuts on the oak trees. Just do yourself a favor and call Aaron. He can do it. You will like it. read more

Always does an excellent job! Has been cutting our trees for years now and highly recommend.
