I ordered a queen sized bed and box spring. We did tell him a budget and he offered something WAY over it but was honest about the quality. He even threw in two body pillows for us. Eric was really great. Delivery went very smooth and the delivery guys were pleasant Only issue I have is they give you a pretty large window for delivery. ex 2-4 then they only call you 10 minutes before they are going to pull up. Overall I am happy and would definitely work with this location again.

The salesman said it was due to being stored in an upright position and it would flatten out in a short matter of time. Six months later the lumps are still there and the base which elevates the bed has quit working. Contacted the store. Salesman said contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer verbally stated they do not do business with Mattress Firm. I call the store again, the salesman directs me to file a claim online. Online response from Mattress Firm (after uploading images of the receipt and bed), we don't cover the base unit, contact the manufacturer. The point of this was to accommodate my wife's bad back now I'm stuck with a $4,000 worthless lumpy mattress and defective base that won't elevate. NEVER, I repeat NEVER AGAIN!

Phenomenal Business! We were trying to move forward on a remodel using the countertop contractor…read morehired by Ikea as part of our kitchen remodel. The company kept moving our measuring appointment out due to "emergencies". I did a Google search and found Granite Vision just around the corner from my house. They had the material and manufactured onsite! We picked the countertop material that evening and scheduled the measurements for the next morning. No upselling, no production delays, etc.; the process was simple, fast, and straightforward. The counter materials were actual slabs of material in the warehouse, large enough for you to imagine what the finished product would look like in your house. End-to-end Granite Vision provided an excellent customer experience and final product! (Our remodel took place in September 2024)

She was knowledgeable and very patient helping to guide us to the perfect quartz countertops for our kitchen. Pricing was better than Lowe's and whereas Lowe's and Home Depot told us 2-3 months lead time, Granite Vision was ready when we were ready. Once we made our deposit she ordered our stone so that she had it available. After our cabinets were installed they came and measured we had our countertops in less than a week later. I would definitely recommend Granite Vision in Charlottesville VA. Krystle is the best in my book!

It's summer and hot, so clearly I needed shorts. The one girl who helped me, I think her name is sydbob or something idk I always forget names, was very helpful to me. I actually met with Alex, and the entire experience was great. There was no pressure, and he was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable about the products, and definitely made great sales pitches for each. When it came time to check out, I actually overlooked the total and would have paid several hundred dollars more if Alex hadn't gone through everything with me one more time and caught the error. It spoke volumes about his honesty and ethics, because I just as easily could have walked out of there, not having realized. They have a great line of products across several pricing scales, so you'll get a pretty accurate baseline as soon as you walk in, and you can work your way up from there if you need to. Overall pleasant experience, in and out in about an hour, and excited to get my new bed this coming Saturday. In the mean time, I'll be enjoying the awesome memory foam pillow Alex threw in with my order!

I literally needed "now," and couldn't wait without delaying the flooring installation. When I called Mosaic, the customer service representative listened and said they had just what I needed. Since I live just 2-3 miles away I went immediately. Upon my arrive I simply introduced myself and was presented the threshold I needed--4"x48". So apparently I'm the only client who had a negative experience here. I have gone back and forth in…read moremy mind on whether I should post this but I don't want another family to have to deal with what I've gone through. This will be a long review, my biggest takeaway is that if you are on a timeline, do not use them. We spent approximately $35,000 on goods and an additional $17,000 on kitchen cabinets which is a lot of money to us. We are a family who has been saving for a few years to build our forever home. I knew I was paying a premium on goods and that I was being charged more for the goods than other places but I did it because we were on a timeline with our move and thought that they would provide us great customer service. That did not happen. We also started the process from another state and were assured that once I picked everything, they would manage it. Before I get into the timeline issue, i was extremely frustrated by the all around poor customer service. I had to deal with a Mr. Joe Hunter on 2 occasions during this fiasco and he was rude and extremely condescending. I would never speak to someone the way Joe spoke to me on the phone. Additionally, our sub contractor was also treated pretty poorly on numerous occasions which I did not like. We purchased our house in February so that we could start renovations to move in June 1st. We hired a contractor who has also screwed up our timeline pretty badly but this isn't about him. Our contractor linked me in with Janelle who is the designer we used. I flew in on March 19th to start the process and again on April 6th to finish the process. We went over my timeline on both meetings. We are renovating 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, and purchased all new floors. None of our stuff was ordered until the first week in June. When I went in to speak to Joe and Janelle about it they completely blamed the contractor. I agree that again a lot of it was on him but Janelle regularly sent me emails and it would have been really nice as a customer if she had given me a heads up that none of my stuff had been ordered. We are still waiting on a bulk of our order and no updates at all. They were supposed to send someone over today to measure our vanity so that the counter top could be ordered. That did not happen. I have zero complete bathrooms, no kitchen and zero communication from Mosaic. Pictures of my unfinished bathrooms and kitchen. Premium pricing for a non-premium service. I am so disappointed by all of it.
