JG was prompt on getting back to us right away with an estimate. We then spoke to Amanda who helped us figure what we needed and book us a time and day. The owner Jimmy arrived with Oscar to take care of us that day. They gave us a text about a 1/2 hr before that they were in route. Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. Joe was very up front about the cost and the timeline. Once the crew started they were in and out in two half days and that included the city inspection. The service included moving the venting system to another wall, replacing the tile on the fireplace floor and tiling the wall. Also, it included replacing the siding in the location of the old vent. I did not have to worry about cleanup as they removed everything and even vacuumed the area where they were working. The price was very much in line with what I was told by other people.
