Jimmy was very friendly and explained everything as he was working, showing us videos of the inside of the vents as he started cleaning them. They worked promptly to look around the house to start working. They first covered all the vents and brought in their equipment. Each Individual vent was cleaned. Th package included the dryer vent and furnace but we paid extra to get the bathroom fan cleaned inside and thru the outside. They cleaned up and were done in about 1.5 hrs for our 2600'sq ft house. I would definitely recommend them for any duct work you have. They were very prompt, professional and have great customer service!

Awful experience with DEANS…read more -------I do NOT recommend DEANS --------------- I usually give 5 star reviews, but I couldn't wait to tell people about DEANS poor service----------- The plumber (Colin) could NOT clear (he did get it to drain somewhat) my floor drain (drain from washer, and under kitchen, on the basement floor). Colin tried to up-sale me on several different treatments/options, all of which seemed unneeded to me. Felt like a canned sales pitch. He tried to get me to get the kitchen drain cleared - completely unneeded - the kitchen drain drains fast and complete, AND it's SUPER EASY for a DIYer, like myself, to clear out - I've NEVER had a problem with my kitchen drain, been in my house for over 20 years. Colin did manage to get the basement drain to flow a little, but water backed up when using the clothes washer/draining kitchen sink, etc. Dean's outfit charged me $430 to "poke a hole" in the sludge buildup in my drain. ENTER RON the Sewer RAT - absolute HEROS. I simply told Jon, their plumber, to clear my same floor drain. I didn't tell him about Dean's until it was all done. Jon cleared the drain in one hour. Flows great. Jon did NOT try to upsale me on ANYTHING. Jon said it was good to go. RON the Sewer RAT only charged me $237. Yep. On the invoice, Jon simply stated there we sludge buildup. Nothing special. Common router end used "double 1.5 inch blade" RON THE SEWER RAT scheduled a visit the NEXT DAY, was SUPER PROFESSIONAL, FAST WITH THE FIX, took the time to explain everything. DEAN'S did give me a discount refund to lower their charge to $237, BUT IT SHOULD BE $0 since they could clear the drain with a simple tool like Jon from RON the Sewer Rat used. I DO NOT RECOMMEND: --------------DEAN's PLUMBING--------------------------- Below is section from RON THE SEWER RAT'S invoice: Completed Date: Technician: Jon Jones Payment Term: Due Upon Receipt D E S C R I P T I O N O F WO R K Reason Customer Called In? Yes, service is requested to replace the rivets with black rivets that all match and are flush with…read morethe wheel trim. Tires Plus apparently slapped on whatever they could find at the time. Rivets within wheel well skirt were simply left off and not reinstalled. The wheel well skirt is loose and flopping around. Nearly $1,400 in shock replacement work done and this is the best they could do? Not acceptable. We called after noticing the white rivets. The person at the front desk denied any knowledge of anything. Lastly, after replacing all four shocks and all four tires with brand new tires, we were told by the manager Damian that the "Jeep Death Wobble" would stop. A month later It did not stop and was just as bad as before all of the above was replaced. We found a reputable and knowledgeable mechanic who replaced the tie rods. That has fixed the Jeep "Death Wobble." Tires Plus should have recommended that we go to a mechanic that could have checked the tie rods first before Tires Plus charged $1,400 to replace the shocks. Replacing the shocks AND the tires DID NOT solve the problem. The root cause of the problem was the tie rods. We wonder now if Tires Plus did a shotty job installing all four shocks?

Car didn't start the next morning, so we called the dealership and found out there is in fact a recall, and made an appointment. Called tires plus back, talked to Ron and explained my frustrations and he hung up on me after trying to explain the situation. If you're in need of car repair, please, do not go here.

Maple Grove, BP Service Center- Horrible experience. I brought my car here after a great experience…read morelast year. It was taken in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, it showed that no work was done. Meaning nothing was reset in the car and no sticker indicating work was done. In addition, the tires were all low. I turned around and brought it back to address. After the service technician spent a good hour trying to figure out how to reset things in the car. He got angry and walked away and stated, "he should have never worked on my car; he doesn't know BMW's". Then, he stopped talking to me. At that time, I tried to leave, well my check engine light was now on. So, I turned around again and brought it back. At this time, the service technician still wouldn't talk to me. I asked the other guy working in service to refund and help. He threw the paperwork at me and also stopped talking to me. Another customer seen this and informed me to call the police, that this type of behavior isn't acceptable. I called the police and called my dad up to try and work with this place. Well, they treated him in the same manner. The nice lady inside working at the gas station side was trying her hardest to get a hold of her manager. Long story short, I left with my check engine light on. The manager was supposed to call me to address, that has not happened. When I did speak with the gas station manager, she informed me that she doesn't work until Monday and will follow up on Monday (this was Friday and now it's a week past). She clearly was not going to help me. Now my car is at the dealership to address the issues this station caused. This place shouldn't be in business. How do I get a hold of the owner of this BP??

ANOTHER save and successful fix for the KING of the HVAC! He listened. He sourced extra special parts that we needed. But most of all, he cares so much about us as people not just as money trees. He showed us the old wear and tear and how to combat the problems and save the system. He even followed up in the evening to check on the temp and that we were comfortable. He IS the best in town. immediate response to my service request and showed up quickly. my fix was easy and he explained exactly what was wrong. He also did some routine maintenance checks that were beyond my request and made some helpful recommendations as to how I can keep my unit better longer. This was All part of the diagnostic inspection and he did not try to upcharge or sell anything extra. Definitely won my repeat business. read more
