I called Ouverson Sewer & Water in a panic yesterday. At first, she told me that they are a small family owned business and that they fit their camera scope appointments in when they could, between other paying appointments. When I called back a half hour later, she spoke to me woman to woman and said it infuriates her to see people trying to take advantage of women and that she was going to make sure that someone would make it to my house that day (yesterday). The Ouverson Sewer & Water Technician was at my house for maybe 15 mintues total. Within five minutes he had easily pushed his camera through a toilet paper clog that the first company had showed me an insisted was impassable. Ouverson Sewer & Water charged me nothing, their technician (Matt) showed me that the water was draining through the pipe with ease and potentially saved me $7500 / $8500 that the other company was trying to fleece.
