He replaced the line that was leaking, but instead of just putting it back how it was (in an awkward position that possibly caused the leak to start with), he fixed the pipes so the water line would fit better. Also, when he arrived he was prepared with inside shoes and took his shoes off without me having to ask (some might not care about that, but it matters to me and shows courtesy) :) Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work and friendly, professional service.

Our annual main sewer line cleanout was $380 (a fraction of what we've had to pay for emergency services in the past, SUCH a deal) - we live in an area where our pipes are made of clay, so roots grow through the pipes and we need to get them cleared out regularly. We are going through a lot right now - we have an infant, I am postpartum, and our house is a mess right now, but the technician took it in stride and even talked with us about their kids.
