It wasn't even a competition between the lenders, Leahy lending was by far the best. I worked with James on a refinance and he advised me as if it was his own home. The other lenders were obviously just trying to rush through the process and just get it closed, but James at Leahy Lending took the time to actually tell me the pros and cons of different paths and advise me on the best way to meet the goals that I wanted out of the refinance. I would highly recommend Leahy Lending to help with a new home or refinance. They can make a very confusing and process approachable and easy to understand.

She was able to get me the best rate in such competitive market, but that was not the best thing. Our seller had so many reservations about the VA loan (wanted to sell to someone with conventional loan) but when seller and their agent talked to Lana and asked so many questions, Lana was extremely patient and addressed all their concerns and finally we got our offer accepted just because of Lana Jern. Scott's recommendation for Suzanne was 'she's the hardest working broker out there', and indeed she was. Aside from that I saw her reviews on Yelp and we talked for at least an hour and clearly she is prepared to explain what a good broker should do for their client. Suzanne really knows this business and has weathered the storms of real estate. Emails and phone calls were always quickly returned. We we able to close our loan in 20 business days - amazing. Might have been faster if I had gotten forms back to her quicker. It was also great to work with a husband/wife team. Scott is an incredible Realtor and we had complete faith that he would find us the right house and handle the negotiations professionally.

I even sent all our documents (before signing) to a family friend that has a degree in finance and is herself a Mortgage Broker and licensed Real-Estate Agent. I would recommend Palm Lending to anyone seeking a hassle free, honest home buying/refinance experience.

Cleaners came 3 weeks after move in & vacuumed, mopped the floors, cleaned toilets and changed trash. They were there for less than an hour. After move in, they changed my house number. No notice was given, no lease amendment was signed prior to change. I found out when I got back from visiting family. I then was told "It's not a big deal just call the companies to get everything fixed on your bills". it took an entire morning (4+ hours) to get things fixed, with no compensation. I still do not have my mail key and I have been here 3+ weeks. Every time I ask, they tell me to go to USPS & it's not their responsibility. I went to USPS and they did not have the keys which I told were dropped off. Still no mail. Overall, not a great first impression. I am military & move around a lot. I would not recommend this property management to future movers. I love the builder, Maurice. He is very kind & attentive, he's actually assisted more with the utility switches than anyone. The place is great, minus all of the things listed above. Moving across the country starting over again at a new duty station, this has been less than ideal. Very much added stress that could have been avoided. I believe they moved me in way too early. ******** Within an hour of posting this, they did reach out to me and were incredibly professional & attentive to my feedback. I was assured it was taken seriously, so I do believe these issues will be completely resolved for the next tenant.
