Forget that this is a mortgage brokerage company, Rachel was everything you hope for in a customer service representative ... she found a me a great rate, answered weekend and after hours phone calls, texts and emails with my sometime ridiculous questions and ultimately made me feel very comfortable throughout the financing process. And most importantly she provided me straightforward advice as this was the first home I'd bought in a while. Initially I was interested in the larger nationwide lenders just because I thought I'd get a better rate but I was fearful that as soon as they locked me in the customer service would fall apart and I'd be all alone and afraid! So I went with ACM after reading some other reviews and lo and behold, Rachel got me a rate on par with the larger companies and, as stated previously, provided unparalleled customer service. I've refinanced my house more times than I want to admit publicly:) but ACM has made it a great experience every time. The first time I used ACM, my family was in a tough spot because we were new to the city with a new job in an industry I didn't have any history for lenders to consider. We were also trying to buy a house that needed a lot of work and had to get creative to free up cash for renovations. Charlie did what everyone else said wasn't possible. He didn't make any excuses. He just said, "That's going to be tough but let me get to work and see what I can do." A month later, the "impossible" for other brokers was a done deal with Charlie!
