My mistake. Everything blew up at the end so I asked for a meeting between myself, the buyers agent and the principals. The lender sat with me and told myself and the buyers agent what he would need to get the transaction complete and 30 minutes after we left, he calls and tells me "Oh I made a mistake, the underwriter says she can't do that". The buyers agent emails later and says "please send a PDF of everything the buyer sent you back to the buyer. He sends it to the buyer, the buyers agent and myseld. That immediately gave us confidence that we were working with true professionals. They made the whole process feel like a true partnership. They were very collaborative throughout and helped us present our home in the best possible light. Their go-to-market strategy felt extremely well thought out and actionable -- not just ideas, but a clear plan we could follow together. The marketing was top-notch -- especially the 3D floor plan, room-by-room tour, and beautiful photography -- which really helped buyers understand the layout and appreciate what made our home unique. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We always had clear, complete updates and knew exactly where things stood. KodiKay is an AMAZING negotiator. She worked tirelessly and fearlessly to make sure we achieved every dollar they projected our home was worth. Her confidence and persistence made a huge difference. When word spread through our neighborhood about how quickly our home sold, people were stunned -- especially since homes here historically stay on the market for quite a while. We selected Cain Realty Group on December 22, 2025, and our house went under contract by January 26, 2026. No joke -- we were stunned ourselves.

He suggested I move forward with a home inspection - gave me a great recommendation for an inspector who did a thorough job. For the next year I took on the To Do List while Bob would regularly send me market comps and other helpful information (without being pushy). By the time I decided to list, he was ready to go. The staging was excellent. The marketing support was fantastic, and I had multiple offers on the first weekend my home was listed. Better yet, Bob and team were tremendously helpful getting me organized for closing - which was pain-free and completed in about 20 minutes. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.
