They were very collaborative throughout and helped us present our home in the best possible light. Their go-to-market strategy felt extremely well thought out and actionable -- not just ideas, but a clear plan we could follow together. The marketing was top-notch -- especially the 3D floor plan, room-by-room tour, and beautiful photography -- which really helped buyers understand the layout and appreciate what made our home unique. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We always had clear, complete updates and knew exactly where things stood. KodiKay is an AMAZING negotiator. She worked tirelessly and fearlessly to make sure we achieved every dollar they projected our home was worth. Her confidence and persistence made a huge difference. When word spread through our neighborhood about how quickly our home sold, people were stunned -- especially since homes here historically stay on the market for quite a while. We selected Cain Realty Group on December 22, 2025, and our house went under contract by January 26, 2026. No joke -- we were stunned ourselves.
