It wasn't even a competition between the lenders, Leahy lending was by far the best. I worked with James on a refinance and he advised me as if it was his own home. The other lenders were obviously just trying to rush through the process and just get it closed, but James at Leahy Lending took the time to actually tell me the pros and cons of different paths and advise me on the best way to meet the goals that I wanted out of the refinance. I would highly recommend Leahy Lending to help with a new home or refinance. They can make a very confusing and process approachable and easy to understand.

She was able to get me the best rate in such competitive market, but that was not the best thing. Our seller had so many reservations about the VA loan (wanted to sell to someone with conventional loan) but when seller and their agent talked to Lana and asked so many questions, Lana was extremely patient and addressed all their concerns and finally we got our offer accepted just because of Lana Jern. She remains so busy but she or her team-member always found time to respond to any of my questions. 100% would work with her again. Summary: Extremely knowledgeable, puts clients interest at the top, result driven, courteous and friendly

Scott's recommendation for Suzanne was 'she's the hardest working broker out there', and indeed she was. Suzanne really knows this business and has weathered the storms of real estate. Emails and phone calls were always quickly returned. We we able to close our loan in 20 business days - amazing. Might have been faster if I had gotten forms back to her quicker. It was also great to work with a husband/wife team. Scott is an incredible Realtor and we had complete faith that he would find us the right house and handle the negotiations professionally.

Cleaners came 3 weeks after move in & vacuumed, mopped the floors, cleaned toilets and changed trash. They were there for less than an hour. After move in, they changed my house number. No notice was given, no lease amendment was signed prior to change. I found out when I got back from visiting family. I then was told "It's not a big deal just call the companies to get everything fixed on your bills". it took an entire morning (4+ hours) to get things fixed, with no compensation. I went to USPS and they did not have the keys which I told were dropped off. Still no mail. Overall, not a great first impression. I am military & move around a lot. I would not recommend this property management to future movers. I love the builder, Maurice. He is very kind & attentive, he's actually assisted more with the utility switches than anyone.
