Rachel was incredible--truly made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even…read moreenjoyable. I came in with a long list of wants for my new place, and she delivered. She curated a strong list of properties, toured several with me in person, and was always available to talk through feedback, weigh pros and cons, and help me make decisions. Honestly, it felt like having a best friend on call throughout the entire search--someone I could text anytime who genuinely had my back. That was especially valuable since I was moving from LA to Austin and had no real sense of the neighborhoods or where to even begin. Starting a new job on my first day in Austin meant I had zero time or mental bandwidth to do this on my own, so this service was a lifesaver. I'm so glad I found it. The only downside is the website they use--it's not very user-friendly. You have to hover over the map to see property names, and clicking through to listings can be frustratingly difficult. Hopefully that gets improved, because the service itself is fantastic.

I recommend this to anyone who is looking to move! I was feeling pretty overwhelmed with the amount…read moreof apartments Austin has and sifting through all of that before my move from Dallas. I worked with Jordan, and he made the whole process so easy. And actually enjoyable! I told him what I was looking for, he sent me a list of good options, we narrowed it down, he booked all my tours, and answered my MANY questions. For anyone who doesn't already know, this service is FREE!! They get paid by the apartments themselves, so there's literally no reason not to use this service.

I couldn't have asked for more from a realtor. In fact, I definitely wouldn't ever have imagined…read morethat my realtor would be as much help, and make our home buying process as pleasant, as Tony did. My girlfriend and I decided to start looking at homes in June 2020. We found Tony online and loved his reviews. After touring our first house, we started asking him basic, first time home buyer questions about the market, the process and what we needed to make an offer. We knew nothing. Tony patiently took us through everything. There was never any pressure to commit to him or anything. Never did he make us feel like we were dumb for asking something. All he did was answer our questions and say that he is available whenever we wanted to see more houses. It was just positive vibes throughout. The Austin market is crazy, and we saw 30+ houses over the next few months. We lost out on 5 offers. Throughout the process, Tony never pressured us to make an offer, nor to raise our offer. He evaluated every opportunity with us. He listened to our thoughts, and added perspective if we asked. He was our partner. Always knowledgeable always patient. And I hesitate to advertise this because I know he has a family, but he was also almost always available. We felt like we were a team and he was always looking out for our best interest. When we were our most frustrated, Tony assured us that we would get something. He told us not to give up. When we finally had an offer accepted, Tony was as excited as we were. He helped us with everything - mortgage, inspection, and even recommending contractors to work on our house. Tony was willing and advise us long after the deal was done. He clearly just enjoys helping people. I can't imagine having gone through this sometimes stressful process with anyone other than Tony, and I'm so grateful we found him. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Plus, the dude has great hair.

Honestly the work is good...as it should be from a master plumber…read more The issue I have is the issue I've had with literally every plumber ever. They've got you over a barrel when they come out and start throwing parts. This was an install of a drop in kitchen sink and faucet. He told me his hourly rate was 135 bucks. I was expecting to spend about 400 maybe 500. The final bill was 850. I feel I was overcharged on both the parts and labor. He charged me starting 45 min before he got there but still included a "truck charge." The removal and replace of the sink took 2 hours. To me the "clock" starts on the labor at the agreed upon arrival time. When I'm getting charged 439(!) bucks for parts on top of the sink and faucet itself, that extra charge for labor is quite unwelcome. I mean the sink and faucet itself that were "nice" were like 500 bucks. So almost that again just in parts. ‍ His answer in general as I look at these reviews is that he buys his parts from a plumber supply not Home Depot etc. I would have to research each individual part to see if its price point is "fair". A perusal of solid brass fittings and pvc p traps on the Lowe's site shows the price I paid was about doubled. He acted quite insulted that I wouldn't know just how much better his parts were and implied they were all but unavailable at big box stores. literally doubling what I expected to pay was quite a shock to say the least. It is what it is. If I was able to do it myself, I would've. Live and learn Learn a trade kids lol

Lori is the kindest, most patient, and knowledgable realtor we have ever worked with…read more We met Lori when she showed us a listing where she represented the buyer. While that house was not the right home for us, we knew right away that we wanted to work with Lori to help us with our search for the right home. Along the way, Lori's expertise in the field and knowledge of the market helped us navigate through the home-buying process. We were not comfortable purchasing a home that was priced significantly more than other homes in the area. Lori helped us by educating us on how to read the information on listings and provided us with lists of comps in the area so that we could make a decision for ourselves on what a reasonable offer price would be. She accompanied us to every inspection and provided us with extra reading material when we encountered an area of concern that we didn't understand (construction stuff). She is also very good at responding to texts and emails - she even worked on an offer for us while she was on vacation! We cannot thank Lori enough for the time and care she put into helping us FINALLY find our forever home. Choose to work with Lori if you've had horrible experiences in the past with realtors. Her strength is that she's able to read the needs of her clients well and so she's not pushy at all. We really loved working with Lori.
