The trust is there instantly which can be hard when making a switch. So far their vendors have been superb as well. The communications are great, they are tech-savvy which is important to us, and they ACTUALLY walk the property and make notes for improvements. This is a dream company to work with and I look forward to being a happy board member for many years with them by our side!

He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close.
