It was fraud since the beginning. Nothing was done to fix this issue. The tenant that lived there , never paid their rent on-time and the property management kept any late fees accrued. Property management team "upgraded their system" and never dispersed the rent on the 10th of each month as per our contract. Rent was alway dispersed by the 20th of each month regardless if tenant paid on time or late. I would not recommend this company to anyone

We have rats in the dryer due to their being no vent covers in the house (per the person they sent) now they say it's our issue. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.

Owners also have access to the software so they can submit requests, download monthly and annual statements, and communicate with us as well. We try to keep our fees simple and all inclusive, without any of the junk fees that some management companies charge. Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. But we do have relationships with area vendors if the issue is something our team is not licensed or trained to complete.
