I'm beyond impressed. Aaron pulled off a small miracle! Aaron is amazing at his job and amazing to work with. He made sure all of the documents were gathered and posted as part of the listing. He recommended getting an inspection before going on the market and then we had a list of things that a buyer might object to--things we could fix so that there would be no objections. He had recommendations for inspectors, handymen, even a stager to stage the condo. He and Isabella helped keep me sane during all this prep work by being there when workers were in the condo, as I'd moved out of town by the time the handyman, pressure-washers, cleaners and stager were doing their thing. Aaron answered every question I had about the process, the paperwork and contracts, everything. He also went over the offer and presented it to me clearly, going over each point and answering my questions. With Aaron's expertise and fantastic suggestions, I felt comfortable, excited, and encouraged throughout the process. In short, if you have any real estate transaction to make, Aaron and his team can turn your frustrations into celebrations.

I've known James for many years and had casually chatted with him about starting the home-buying…read moreprocess because he was always a great go-to person for advice. One Saturday morning, I woke up to a text from him with a couple of houses he felt were worth looking at. Within a few hours, we met up to see three homes in an area that was within my budget, safe, quiet, and not known for foundation issues--something he was very thoughtful about and that was extremely important to us. I was familiar with the houses because I had already been looking at many on my own, but the entire process felt overwhelming. The very first house we saw was one I remembered from earlier searches because I loved that it was already landscaped and had so much potential. It wasn't a turnkey home, which is very desirable in this market, but we knew we could make it perfect with renovations. James did an amazing job negotiating a fair price, especially considering the number of upgrades the house needed. I was truly floored by how well he stayed within my budget while still leaving room for renovations. Everything happened so fast. Two months ago we first stepped into the house, a month ago we closed, and after multiple renovations, we get to move in this weekend! James recommended our mortgage broker, inspector, title company, roofer, and even the seller-paid home warranty company. He's truly a one-stop shop, which--especially for a somewhat anxious person like me--made the entire process so much easier. I never felt like I had to figure everything out on my own. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but James was with us every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again when I'm ready to sell my condo and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

James helped explain every step of the home buying process and made things very easy for us especially during a pandemic. He always answered our questions in a timely manner whether it be by call or text. We never felt pressured into giving an offer and James always gave us his professional opinion about locations and home values. We ended up with a new build which took longer than expected thanks to lumber shortages and covid delays. James helped facilitate the communication between us and the builders and presented our concerns to the sales manager, construction manager, and upper management. A year after signing our contract, we finally got to move into our new home and did not regret one bit having James as our realtor. I highly recommend working with James if you're in the market to buy or sell your home!

Where do I start with James! LOL. I'm not even sure how I can describe all he's done for us…read morebecause its frankly gone beyond the scope of his job as a real estate agent. We met James by chance after requesting to view a home on realtor.com. We immediately liked his style and personality and decided to work with him full-time to sell our home and purchase a new home (we just closed today, yipeee). He is one of the most friendly, understanding and authentic people I have ever met and made the entire home buying/selling experience about as seamless as I can imagine it being. We were in a pickle because we needed to sell our home before buying a new one and in THIS crazy housing market, a "contingency" is just unattractive and difficult. We learned that the hard way when we put an offer on the first house we loved and didn't make the cut. Thankfully, with James spot on pricing and beautiful photos etc, he sold our home in TWO DAYS! He got us an outstanding deal that we just couldn't believe. We were baffled by how savvy he was in negotiating things for our sale. We were extremely happy to say the least! James was always available when we needed him or had any questions about the process of buying. A home popped up on his radar and before the listing agent even had all the photos, he had scheduled a showing for us. He knew we would love the home and he was right lol. Before midnight that night, he had written up an offer and submitted it. We were so fast even the sellers were shocked. We ended up getting this home (we are SOOOO excited) and we sincerely feel that it was because he was very punctual and attentive that we were able to be first in line. The home received many other offers but with James' help we got it all done. Beyond all of this, James has become a friend. He golfs with my husband and is truly an enjoyable person to be around. We are so glad we met him! Definitely will recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor as you will not find a more attentive real estate agent. He makes you feel like you are his only client!

He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. On the buying side, he was a great guide & we closed without issues, in the neighborhood I was shooting for & within my budget.

Overall, an unprofessional and frustrating experience that I would not recommend.

We were referred by a friend to work with Tom and we are very happy we decided to work with him. We moved into Austin, TX from out of state and as new comers to the area Tom was a perfect person to work with. While we were shopping for neighbourhoods and houses he also introduced us to the city of Austin and let us know about many events, restaurants, and places the locals prefer. Working with him is a great way to acclimate to Austin and you also get a house in process. It's a great deal. He is well connected and it is a valuable thing to be part of his network in Austin. Whenever we needed to find a professional to help with anything we would ask Tom and he would guide us to the best people around. He is very direct and honest in telling you why the house you are looking at is or is not a good house to buy. In fact, he talked us out of several houses that we wanted to buy and once we were done with house buying we ended up with a house that we are much happier with than some of the earlier houses we thought we wanted. So he is not in a hurry to sell you a house and get get paid. He wants to make sure you get the right house above all else. He also knows very well how the system works and what needs to be done to get your offer to be the top offer when you do find the house you want. He makes great effort to be the preferred buyers agent to work with for the seller's side and give you the best chances of getting your house. It was a great experience working with him even in the frustrating Austin housing market where inventory does not meet the demand for the number of buyers.

I was in such a stressful spot... I found a rental home that I really liked and wanted to check out. I didn't know if he would be amenable to futzing around with a small potatoes transaction but he showed up within 10 minutes with a smile on his face and a ton of ATX knowledge. Well, as these things happen, that rental was not the one and he helped me evaluate property after property until I came across a place that would be perfect for me...except it was for sale not for rent. The best laid plans of mice and men, am I right? The house had everything - a great lot, a great pool, a great aesthetic, a great layout and it had not yet hit the market. I wanted it bad. So, I decided to buy. As luck would have it, Jason's great reputation within the community and prior professional contacts and warranted reputation as a reliable straight shooter allowed me to get it under contract the *day* before it hit the market with no icky wrangling. There is no way this transaction would have happened off-market without his stellar rep for getting things done and getting things done right. I was soooo grateful. He has a great staff and team to make it all happen, too.
