At first, they told me they would have to pull the bumper to get to the lights. And they pulled into the bay, came into the waiting room and told me that that was not the case told me would be $238.65. Since they already had it in the bay, I told him to go ahead. Took them about 40 minutes. When I got the bill, it was $185 for labor & $49.98 for the two lights. A few days later I happen to be driving by the dealer and ran in to see what it would cost. It was $162.00 that included labor and two lights. So I dropped into Legacy And questioned the bill. I was basically told I could've shopped somewhere else or told them to pull the car when they told me the price. I figured they'd at least try to match it but they didn't. So I won't be going back if I have to pay dealer prices I'll go to the dealer. They were friendly enough, just not up front and honest. Like I said, according to their website, their prices are better than the dealers. That's definitely not true.

They looked at it the first time and did a manual regen and reset my system and I spent $450 plus on that. Within a couple miles after leaving my check engine light comes on again. Take it back in to them to replace and ERG valve. Was told that it would be between $900 and $1200 with the worst case being around $1200 if the Titanium bolts break which apparently is a norm with Ford trucks. Was told today my vehicle was ready to go and I go pick it up to find over a $2000 bill for the services that I was quoted a lot less for. I don't know much about this company as I used them because they are local, but not very happy with the lack of communication here. If I did that to a customer in my line of work, I wouldn't be in business very long. Very disappointing, and they basically had me over a barrel so nothing I could do. On top of that I know they had to test drive my car but I had over a half a tank in my truck when I dropped it off and less than a quarter of a tank when I picked it up. After charging me over $800 more than I was quoted you would've thought they would at least replaced my gas. I recommend that you watch out and get everything in writing with them. You shouldn't have to do it, but I had a weird feeling about this place and I figured after the first time I need to take it back since I had issues right away. I should've went with my feeling and took it to somebody else. You live and you learn!

We were told that it would take approximately 6 weeks for the work to be done, but we didn't receive it back until 6/20/2023, about 7 months later. The owners of the business didn't try at any point to reach out and explain the delays, it took us having to reach out to see what was going on. There were a myriad of excuses, Covid, family problems, employee problems you name it. The peak of Covid was long gone by the time we shipped it in to be serviced. This supercharger held up a vehicle sale for months. So buyer beware, factor in lots of extra time for your project and plan on getting over promised and under delivered.
