I can't say enough good things about Mohammad and his team. As a woman, I've unfortunately had a few experiences with professionals who talk down to me or seem to prefer speaking to my husband instead of treating me like the decision-maker in my own home. Mohammad is the complete opposite. He takes the time to clearly explain what he's doing and why, in a way that's thorough and informative but never patronizing. I always feel respected, comfortable, and genuinely safe asking questions. Their response time has been incredibly fast, and I really appreciate that they don't tack on surprise rush fees. His wife, who handles dispatch, is friendly and professional, and Mohammad and his helper were punctual, efficient, and extremely respectful of my home. They flushed my hot water heater and explained how often it should be maintained and why, replaced a corroded laundry bib so I could install a new washer and dryer, and repaired the outdoor spigot and main water valve. Before leaving, they cleaned the work area spotless. What stood out most is that I never felt pressured or upsold. Instead, Mohammad pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future and walked me through my options and estimated costs so I could plan ahead. I left the experience feeling informed and confident, not worried or pushed into unnecessary work. Just had AAM over to change anode rod in the hot water tank because of smelly water. As usual, they did a perfect job and they were professional and personal. This is the 3rd time I called them for other jobs such as installing a water loop and hot water recirculation pump. I have been calling upon them since 2018. Great work and fair prices. read more

So, a change from my previous review. I had this plumber come back and give us estimates for work on a remodel my wife and I are doing. They quoted me a number to install a farmhouse sink, plumbing, install a stove, dishwasher and bathroom vanity. My fault for not getting things in writing. Well, after counters were installed, the counter people installed the sink. The plumbers came and installed just the plumbing to the sink, and still charged the amount quoted for the sink, stove dishwasher and vanity. Worse. The labor was as much as the initial quote it's self. My biggest irritation is the initial sealant used was bad and they charge me to take out the faulty products and workmanship and charged me to redo it. Lastly. The new hire, the owner stating he was replacing a supposed thief in their business, incorrectly drilled a hole in my brand new sink cabinet so now I have a hole in the base of my new cabinet. And they didn't offer or do anything to fix it. The dishwasher wasn't level. Also, My wife cleaned up multiple water messes.... Nice, right? The two times I've used them, they've come back stacking on additional costs after a sales quote was agreed on. Two, it takes multiple tries to get it right. Just doesn't pass the smell test to me. I wish I could give a zero. They scorched my house with their torch and refused to take ownership despite the fact that I had a picture two days prior to prove the damage wasn't there. Then the lady offered to send out her "drywall guy" like who the hell is this guy? I paid to have work done by a professional. They were anything but professional. They caused damage to my home and tried to lie about it! A professional plumber should know better! I paid $1500 for the paint job on my house! And they act like paying a "drywall guy" $20 for his time to slap some mismatch paint up is sufficient! I want a refund! Then refused to refund after causing damage that can't be repaired properly anyway....because after 2 years, nobody can guarantee a perfect match to the paint. I think a refund for the shit work is reasonable. I'm posting before pictures as well so you can see that the damage wasn't there prior. Stay away from these guys, they don't take ownership when they take short cuts! read more

The initial call to have a water heater replaced quotation was well below market but was told when they showed up that they wanted additional $100 for a pan and tubes to attach the heater to the house. I told them they had advised the $850 would include all tubes and equipment needed but they still wanted an additional $50. Seems a little smoke and mirrors to me. Just be informed. read more

Outstanding Professional Expert Plumbing, AAM Plumbing our forever go to for all our Plumbing needs. I first called for service in July, 2018, I had a leak underground in yard. Mohamed owner/operator of AAM Plumbing came and dug up ground and found the leak right away it was from a previous job from previous owner, as we had no repairs in yard since owning house. It was not up to code and the constant pressure flunctuations cause it to start undetected then gradually got worse till we found by stepping there it was extremely soft and called AAM and Mohamed came right away and showed us what was under there causing the leak, and of course repaired all the pipe, all up to code. And our water bill went from $105.00 to $65.00 we were floored as this leak must've been for some time, before we ever stepped on this soft piece of earth alerting us. Immaculate cleaned up all around like nothing had taken place. Thank you Mohamed of AAM Plumbing. 11/2018-Our next Plumbing experience we of course Called AAM Plumbing we had Reverse Osmosis and Softner installed with this we had the water heater flushed as well. Then 4 bathroom sinks facets replaced with Moen Faucets my particular model I chose as I needed 4 matching and it was no problem for Jenny, she went above and beyond to find 2 or 3 different supply companies that had model I requested. Ok 4 bathroom sinks/ 8 shut off valves 4 bathroom sink drains/ snaked our Master bath tub as draining took hours ... found loads of hair, not ours. Asked Mohamed please, because I would just feel better can he please replace entire bathtub drain, not problem, done. I wanted all Flowmaster toilet innards to replace the junk that the house came with and to replace the old valve w/new shut off valve, done. Then our garden hose hook up spout leaked terrible and Mohamed replaced that shut off valve with a really easy on/ easy off spout, I never knew existed. I will never go to any Plumbing Company ever, AAM is Everything, and I want to also include Mohamed on each Faucet and Reverse Osmosis explained all details and handed me serial codes and owners manual to register each of my new items of equipment. Just Go To The Best!! I cannot praise this man and his employee enough. I used hip once for a clogged garbage disposal. After meeting him and seeing how he conducts himself and cares about what he does, I knew who to call when our water heater died. He arrived the same day I called with a new heater, installed it and had it up and running within 90 minutes. Hi, I have used this company for 10 years now. The owner will personally come out on emergencies to fix issues. They were the only company who responded to a call on a holiday and I used to live 45mins away but they still came out and fixed my blocked sink. Now I live over an hour away and I still call them for all my plumbing needs. There are other employees but request for Mohammed Ali (yes like the boxer), he is the owner. After the work is done, he cleans up so you can't even tell that someone was there fixing a leaking pipe. He has also changed a faucet before without charging. My advise, have him look at other things while he is there for a quote. There is no charge for estimates and he doesn't charge a service fee. If you want the owner (Mohammed Ali), try to book as quick as you can as his schedule books up pretty fast. Very professional, friendly and humble. The owner guarantees all the work even if the other employees come out to fix something, if it is not done right, Ali will come out and fix it himself. A gentleman, whose name I didn't get (my bad), fulfilled my emergency plumbing request at 9pm on a Tuesday. The lady I spoke with on the telephone said he would be at my place in 30 minutes, and he showed up in 30 minutes. He knew exactly how to resolve the issue and had it fixed within the hour. He provided me with tips on how to avoid this happening in the future. I was then charged a very fair price for this excellent service. If I could give 0 stars I would. He came and fixed issues. But then the toilet that he "fixed" still had issues so I called to have them come look at what was going on and his wife calls me back asking what's wrong with it, and I said I'm not sure, that's why I'm calling. She does on to say well he wants to know what is wrong the valve or over flowing because of poop what. And I said no it didn't overflow or isn't clogged I wouldn't call a Plummer for a clogged toilet and she went on to question me. I was super upset and told her that I wouldn't be calling if I knew what was wrong or how to fix it myself or if it was just a simple overflow thing. I said I'm not a f*ing idiot and she was like you need to watch her mouth in a professional and I said good for you then come look at it because I am not. And then she hung up on me. Wrong or not you don't hang up on somebody or you don't Ask them so many questions. You just say I'm so sorry we will come by and look at what is going on Since we were just there and fixed it but clearly it isn't fixed so we will be there when we can. But non of that was said. She was basically saying I was an idiot and didn't know what a broken toilet is or that it's to inconvenient for them to come back to see why it's still not fixed when they were supposed to fix it. Then to top her attitude off she hangs up on me. So what now I have to call someone else to fix some thing I've already paid them to fix and it wasn't?! Not good at all! read more

I had a new defective sink replaced with a new cast iron sink by Mohammad. Since I knew the approximate time needed to do the work Mohammad's quote of 1.5 hours showed me he is honest. I had gotten estimates from three other Maricopa licensed plumbers and they were $200 - $230, $225, and $325. Mohammad installed the sink as scheduled in a timely, clean, and efficient manner. The final bill came to $160 that included a $10 part. I will use Mohammad again. read more
