The attendant told me that the trucks just get dropped off and sometimes they go through them but not always. I did drive the truck to my home 12 miles away then decided that it was too dirty to take on a 12 hour trip. Upon returning it and canceling my rental, they charged me $157.00 for miles and gas! That is outrageous. I will never do business with this company again.
