So we, of course, had zero idea of what to expect during the walk-through inspection (that was scheduled last minute.) Not only was Vinny incredibly accommodating, but he was also very communicative. He arrived early for the inspection, and as soon as I met him, I immediately felt comfortable with his calm and personable/welcoming demeanor. He was incredibly thorough throughout the whole process. Checked things I would never have thought to check and encouraged us to ask all and every question that came to mind. They have 3 levels of inspection with ability to add on extras like mold, radon, sewer and chimney. We added radon and chimney. Hugh did my inspection in Long Island and he came early and inspected the place for 3 hours and afterwards ask if we are satisfy. If we aren't they would re-inspect it again. I used other inspection companies before and they were never as detailed as this company. After doing a 3 hour inspection, they also wrote me a detailed 80 page report. Very worth it for the price. Will definitely use again!
