Our kitchen had flooded and I explained that that pipe was off when the water was spraying everywhere. He said he would check everything. He explained that it was just a valve that needed to be replaced but I knew the pipe was off. He insisted everything was fine. I was recovering from surgery and stayed with family for almost a month. As soon as I returned home and used the sink the pipe popped down. I am so disappointed. The confirmation text that I received said the plumber was Christian Hull, and fyi to the company - CONNECTICUT is spelled incorrectly as part of your company name ("Zoom Drain Connecitcut"). I was told I would be emailed an invoice, but the company doesn't even have my email address. I put two stars just because the issue was fixed, but if it weren't a time issue for me, I would've shopped around for a different reasonably priced, professional plumber.
