TL;DR Vinny did an amazing job and I recommend his services without any reservations. Here's the longer version: Vinny responded to my first call immediately; was able to fit me into his schedule on a Sunday during the holidays in December; did an incredibly thorough job in a four-floor, two-apartment house; and shipped a 27-page report that included narrative descriptions, ratings for dozens of different aspects of the inspection, and plenty of photographs as well.
