We found Fresh Home Painting the way I prefer to find services: we asked someone we trusted for a…read morerecommendation. The job included staining some raw woodwork, stripping some wallpaper, and painting the walls and ceilings. Then we had them power wash and paint our aluminum siding. The most amazing thing was how well they matched the wood staining to the existing woodwork and cabinets in three different colors. Their workmanship was excellent, and the owner, Vince, kept on top of the whole process. We were very pleased.

Finding tradesmen is on my list of things I don't want to do. I don't know how to compare bids or…read morejudge the quality of the work, sometimes even after it's done. We found Fresh Home Painting by following a chain of trust. We started with a roofer we trusted, who recommended a general contractor, who in turn called in a painter he trusted. This was no small job. We needed new windows stained (different colors in different rooms to match exiting cabinets and woodwork), wallpaper removed, walls and ceilings painted, woodwork refreshed, our roof cleaned, and the outside of the house (aluminum siding) painted. Vince Bayeh came out with the GC, and we all worked together to decide exactly what needed to be done and how. We had already told the GC that quality was more important than speed or cost, and since we'd followed a chain of trusted professionals (who were transparent about their finders and referral fees) we threw ourselves on their mercy. Vince gave us a contract, not an estimate. It was a firm price for a detailed list of work to be done. We paid part when we signed the contract, part when work started, and the rest upon completion. We don't regret that one bit. Vince himself is a perfectionist, and so is his crew (up to five people, at some points). Vince and the GC spotted things on their final walkthrough that we would not have noticed for months, if ever, and they were fixed immediately. Vince assured us that if we had questions, we should call him and he would take care of it. We did have one issue, and not only did he come out the next day, but he took care of it himself in the same visit. I can't imagine a better experience.

I moved into a new apartment with my girlfriend and I was recommended this new cleaning company…read morenear the area for the move-in cleaning. I was very hesitant at first because there weren't many reviews, but I took a chance on them and boy am I glad I did! Of course, the apartment was "clean" according to the leasing office's standards but there were cobwebs everywhere, spots on the carpets, dust bunnies in every corner, and random smudges from the last renters. After Allure was done, it seemed like a brand new apartment that no one has ever lived in! I promise - it was intimidating to hire a new company. But, this company is going places. They take their job very seriously and make sure that they get every need/want that you have is more than satisfied with the service you request. They made our move-in experience so much easier and less stressful. For a move-in service, we basically had everything cleaned. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, bedrooms, every inch of the apartment was cleaned. We had Chasterney, Marketa, and Hassan. Chasterney and Marketa did a bathroom each and then worked on the living room and kitchen together. Hassan took care of the carpet and windows. They started at 4 and ended around 6:30. I would like to personally thank Chasterney. She checked over every spot to make sure that there wasn't a single smudge on the windows. She was even on her hands and knees scrubbing out every tiny piece of dirt on the bottom of our walls! I would 100% recommend hiring her and will definitely be requesting her for future clean-ups. They even provided three brand new wall plug-ins with glade room fresheners! What a nice finishing touch and adds to their excellent service. I am beyond amazed by how Allure Elite performed. If you are to take anything from my review, just remember the following words that I would use to describe Allure: reliable, trustworthy, convenient, caring, and detail-oriented.
