What really impressed me was how thorough they were -- they cleaned areas our previous cleaning service consistently overlooked (baseboards, light fixtures, behind appliances, you name it). It's clear they take real pride in doing the job right, not just the bare minimum. The office looked and smelled spotless when they left. Professional, detail-oriented, and clearly trained to go the extra mile. We've finally found a cleaning service we can trust to actually clean, not just tidy up.

I was very hesitant at first because there weren't many reviews, but I took a chance on them and boy am I glad I did! Of course, the apartment was "clean" according to the leasing office's standards but there were cobwebs everywhere, spots on the carpets, dust bunnies in every corner, and random smudges from the last renters. After Allure was done, it seemed like a brand new apartment that no one has ever lived in! I promise - it was intimidating to hire a new company. But, this company is going places. They take their job very seriously and make sure that they get every need/want that you have is more than satisfied with the service you request. They made our move-in experience so much easier and less stressful. For a move-in service, we basically had everything cleaned. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, bedrooms, every inch of the apartment was cleaned. We had Chasterney, Marketa, and Hassan. Chasterney and Marketa did a bathroom each and then worked on the living room and kitchen together. Hassan took care of the carpet and windows. They started at 4 and ended around 6:30. I would like to personally thank Chasterney. She checked over every spot to make sure that there wasn't a single smudge on the windows. She was even on her hands and knees scrubbing out every tiny piece of dirt on the bottom of our walls! I would 100% recommend hiring her and will definitely be requesting her for future clean-ups. They even provided three brand new wall plug-ins with glade room fresheners! What a nice finishing touch and adds to their excellent service. I am beyond amazed by how Allure Elite performed. If you are to take anything from my review, just remember the following words that I would use to describe Allure: reliable, trustworthy, convenient, caring, and detail-oriented.

Our results were a shower that was left very close to the way it was found , empty trash cans all missing bags, a trash bag with food moved from the kitchen to an indoor pail in the garage, dirty light switches with fingerprints, shelves that weren't dusted or even touched for that matter, trim that was not touched, and the excuse that there wasn't enough time to finish what was quoted.. The cherry on top was watching them pour a bucket of dirty chemical water on top of our Day Lillies in our front landscape beds!! Extremely unprofessional! If a prior consultation/onsite assessment is not performed, wouldn't it make sense to assess upon arrival, and to inform your customer if you will not be able to complete what was previously agreed upon? Then the customer could advise on the most important areas to focus on. This company's approach was to forego communication, and rush to get as much done as possible in the quoted time. We came home to a house that was partially cleaned, with the most important aspect of the service (the deep shower cleaning) not done at all. And we made it clear that a deep shower cleaning was needed when booking the appointment! An insulting $50 refund was offered on a service that cost nearly $500, while less than 50% of the work was completed.. And we were given the option to pay MORE for them to return to complete what should have been done in the first place.

I was moving into a condo in Hamden, CT, and needed to have the condo deep-cleaned and carpet…read morewashed because the owner/previous tenant had cats. I had set up an appointment to do this on the morning of my move-in day, which was a Saturday, so that I can get my stuff moved in the afternoon. However, I ran into issues at the condo (i.e. no power) on the day of the appointment, so Gabriella and her team could not clean. Likewise, we had collectively decided that they will come back when the power is available so that they can use power equipment to wash carpets, vacuum, etc. Even though they don't work on Sundays, they offered to do so because of all the trouble I had to go through that morning (all moving-related arrangements went kapoot; e.g. pouring rain, no power, movers changing schedule, house cat went missing). 10 minutes after they left the condo (at this point, they've been at my condo for about 30 minutes already without getting paid because we needed to figure out our next steps), power was back on, so I called them back to let them know. They came back immediately and went to work. Gabriella and her team of 4 (or 5? can't remember) made everything SQUEAKY CLEAN. The condo wasn't even that messy before, but I was so shocked at how glossy everything were after the cleaning that I was hesitant of touching anything. They got everything done within the originally-scheduled time (sometime between 8am to 12pm) despite starting late (due to power issues) with additional services we requested that wasn't in the original quote. The team was very professional, communicative, and pleasure to talk to. We were so pleased that my partner decided to hire them for a move-out cleaning (where we were moving from) a few days after our move. They were so flexible and had went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule. 10/10. Just hire them already.
