Jeremy and his team were very responsive and thorough. We were buying a house from the 1700s and needed inspectors with experience with old houses. I gave Jeremy a list of preliminary concerns and he made sure to add those items to his already long list. It's clear he knows his stuff--knew models of HVAC systems, when they were built, etc, familiar with building codes and septic systems. In fact, it was a plus that we didn't have to hire a separate septic inspector like you usually have to do. They had different experts come out which was all included in the Works package. He found issues that surprised the seller, even though the home had just been inspected before being put on the market. Jeremy walked us through the report in an hour long follow up call. Later, as the seller began fixing issues before our close, he generously gave us a follow up call and even offered to come back and re-inspect the fixes after it was done. He obviously cares about what he does. He's direct, honest and I appreciated having his expert opinion before closing on a big purchase. Would use them again. read more
