My ps5 scuf control has been having stick drift for about 5 months now and it finally became too unbearable. Instead of sending it in to scuf and paying approx $100-150 after them having the controller for over 6-8 weeks, I was more than happy that Robert was able to fix the stick drift for more than half that price and same day. He replaced my joysticks with TMR joysticks which will be incredibly less prone to get stick drift and even it does, I can recalibrate the joystick magnets to fix the stick drift myself. I always respect Robert's business and the knowledge he has. I will always recommend him to solve to your problem.

I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

I brought my watch in for hardware issues (the front face popped off, which was indicated on my form they asked me to fill out). I didn't get an update or quote on the watch until the 4th day. I was told there was a "motherboard issue" and it would cost $159 + tax to fix my 5 series apple watch!!! I told them I didn't want to move forward. Then when I looked at how long it would take for me to get a new one, I thought about forking over the money to fix it. Finally, I decided not to and would go pick it up. **HERE'S WHERE IT GOES LEFT.** I walk in while on a business call and tell the lady behind the counter (a postal worker because this business is located inside a postal store) and tell her, "I'm here to pick up my apple watch". She says, "I will help you when you're off the phone and you walk over here" and she walked over to another part of the counter. Then she asked me my name, i told her it could be either my first or middle name (i didn't remember what I wrote) but they're both my names. Then she keeps asking him my name but my name is on the form. I repeat MY FULL NAME while the paper is in her hand and she's hiding it. She then asks me for ID. By this time, she and I spoke to the tech and he confirmed it was me. I gave her my ENTIRE NAME and She still demanded ID to give me back my VERY BROKEN watch. I showed her my name on my money app, she REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT. I get my id from the car, I show her my ID she tries to grab it (ABSOLULTY NOT). I lay it on the counter, still in my fingers THEN SHE TRIES TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID WITH HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE. "ABSOLUTELY NOT" i said. "YOU WILL NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID!! He just told you it was my watch and I just told you my entire name, I showed you my name on my money app, you refused to look at it". Then i showed her my id again and pointed it out "LOOK MY WHOLE NAME IS ON MY ID WHICH MATCHES THE FORM, that's enough. She ignored me and still didn't look. I then had to pay a $25 + TAX FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE via a money app???. Again, I had a HARDWARE problem and i was billed for a software diagnostic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The postal people are rude and the tech will not be there or answer your calls. I told the tech I would be leaving a review because of that lady's behavior and he asked what happened. I tried to call him to update him and he didn't pick up my call. I blocked him and WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION FOR ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER.

So now the screen is coming off my phone and it has gone black. I went in to get it fixed and was told that the warranty is not going to be honored because the back glass is cracked. The glass hasn't cracked anymore than it was before because we bought an otterbox case for it when the screen was repaired. If you go get your phone repaired here make sure they explain the warranty correctly the first time.

After opening the phone, Jacob took the time to try several different scenarios that might be the root cause of the problem. He was very open and honest about the issues with the phone and his limitations as to what he could and could not do. Unfortunately we still could not get to the root problem as it was an issue with the motherboard. Jacob did not attempt to sell me any unnecessary services or equipment, which I have found to be extremely rare!
