I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

My ps5 scuf control has been having stick drift for about 5 months now and it finally became too unbearable. Instead of sending it in to scuf and paying approx $100-150 after them having the controller for over 6-8 weeks, I was more than happy that Robert was able to fix the stick drift for more than half that price and same day. He replaced my joysticks with TMR joysticks which will be incredibly less prone to get stick drift and even it does, I can recalibrate the joystick magnets to fix the stick drift myself. I always respect Robert's business and the knowledge he has. I will always recommend him to solve to your problem.

Not much to say except that this is a relatively new business, as of 9/30/17, they've only been open for three weeks. The location for this business is within the HEB off S Fry rd. Right where the old First Community Credit Union was/next to customer service. The owner chatted with me for a bit and offered me a bottled water. He was friendly. The cost is is pretty reasonable. I suspected as lightening strike took away the life of my beloved VCR. I still got hundreds of 8mm tapes with old memories. I really need this sucker to stay alive. I searched on Google to see who can fix this poor baby. I came here to see a messy store. I don't know if this was the owner's living room or bedroom. It was completely chaotic. Prescription bottles on the counter and half eaten lunch with wrapper... WTF? Is this a professional establishment? Customers' records exposed to the plain sight. I took a picture and blurred out the details. There are plenty of Feng Shui paraphernalia on the counter. Aw. My. Gawd. What a giant mess. My VCR was of course unrepairable. It cost $80 to check out. I was quoted with a price that was higher than the cost of a working unit and there was no guarantee if it will last. I was okay to let go. They took my phone, did their "work," & when they handed it back, they casually mentioned, "Oh, we can't fix the thumbprint, but we can order it for you." How is that solving my problem? They went from quoting me $140 to $120. Great. However, just minutes after leaving, my home button stopped pressing smoothly, it got stuck & I had to press hard to get it to respond. Went back to show them, & of course, they did nothing. So now, I'm left with a broken button/thumbprint sensor & a $120 hole in my wallet. ___________________________ One-Week Update: The home button detached like it was trying to flee the scene. Now it's just a sad, useless piece of plastic. ___________________________ Three-Month Update: My phone has become a drama queen, losing battery faster than I can charge it & restarting every few minutes like it's auditioning for a reboot. Took it somewhere else to get fixed, & guess what? They informed me my side plates were missing. So yeah, this place decided my phone was a buffet & took parts without asking. How can we even know what they're doing when they take the phone to the back? Watch your back & your phone, because they might be "rearranging" things without you knowing. Good luck, but if you enjoy fixing someone else's mess after you pay them, this place might just be your cup of tea.
