I very strongly recommend this local business. We had a septic backup from grey water line into the basement. I called around an AAA was the only one to return my call, they had same-day availability (for a fee), and came right out. AAA pumped out my septic tank, cleaned the filter, and checked the system. The driver showed me the problem that caused the backup (lack of maintenance on my part) and gave me tips on caring for my system to prevent BIG problems while they're small and manageable. Our septic Inspecter Dean was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable and showed me how our septic was holding up - showed me exactly where the drain field and Dbox is. As a new home owner this was fascinating and the reasonable cost of inspection was well worth the peace of mind knowing our system is functional and healthy. Do NOT go here. The customer service is so poor, not to mention the lack of quality of work. I have had several services, septic pump out and RV pump out. They either do not show up or they show up late at 5pm to 6pm. The staff especially Kayla Dickson is very rude and unprofessional. Kayla hates her job at AAA septic and it shows in her communication and how she treats customers. Kayla needs customer service training and management training. Kayla is a liability. I would recommend going somewhere else for your septic and RV pump out needs. read more

My initial interactions with this company were positive and I chose them to complete a septic inspection over 2 other options. I hired them to complete a septic inspection for a home I am selling. The home is a second property, used as a short-term rental, and has only been partially occupied for a few months during the year over the past 3 years. I made this very clear to them on the phone and asked that they only do an inspection, not a pump. If it required pumping, they needed to contact me to ask permission and explain why they needed to pump. They never provided me a quote for the price of pumping the septic tank because we never even discussed needing to do it. When I received the invoice, I was blindsided by a $500 fee for pumping the tank in addition to the $300 fee to inspect. If you are going to nearly triple the cost of a service, you HAVE to call the homeowner and ask permission to perform the work. It is at best unprofessional and at worst fraudulent to perform work that was never requested and explicitly disapproved and then charge for it without notice. I encourage this company to make it right by refunding us the $500 fraudulent fee and I would encourage others to be very wary of this company's deceptive business practices. read more

My lower level toilet overflowed and flooded the entire downstairs after I took a bath upstairs. It was a Saturday and most of the Septic services were closed till Monday. I frantically called a few places and no one could help me till Monday. When I called AAA Septic, Jazz immediately assessed the urgency of my problem and redirected his team to come to my property within 45 minutes of our call. They were fast, efficient and extremely courteous and professional. My problem was solved and I am forever grateful! They even gave me a thorough explanation of how septic tanks work and reasons why they clog up. I was very surprised at how reasonable their pricing was for an emergency situation. Couldn't say more good about these people! We were trying to close our cabin after a sale and AAA came out to do a test to make sure the septic was good and it was not. The drainfield was not excepting water. The sale was closing and we were in a panic. These people came out dug up the pipe that had come apart and replaced it. Everything closed on time! Super nice people to work with! We would highly recommend them! And their bid for repair was $300 less than what they quoted! Who does that? Super business! Five stars! read more

We have had zero issues with our septic system in 4 years we have owned our house. We recently sold it and called AAA to pump and inspect our system. They did pump the tank but left a large oil slick on our concrete driveway and then told us the float needs to be replaced and recommended that we replace the pump also which we declined. 3 weeks later and an alarm has been going off at control box for septic system. Repeated phone calls to the office go unreturned because of apparently everyone that works outside of the office is on vacation. The only turds they should be pumping is the the people who own this pathetic excuse for a service company. $1000 and 3 weeks later and we have called B-Line to fix AAA's nightmare! read more

As a a long-term customer of AAA, I'm very disappointed. I'm a senior citizen who has some unfortunate personal circumstances. Unlike any other service provider I dealt with locally, my experience with AAA can only be described as distressing. For example, during one phone call, the manager/owner screamed at me & then hung up on me after I simply stated that I was told that AAA would surely do the right thing. Without contacting me, AAA stopped work when they discovered a broken pipe, They initially refused to finish the job because they did not perform the repairs for $1,153.00. Their policy is "after 30 years in business, we have never approved work performed by others". However, because the new owner ordered a septic scope at his expense, they did come out & complete the inspection. read more

On time and efficient: Jeremy remembered the septic system setup from 3 years ago. He also remembered that there was a buried tank access, that I myself had forgotten about. He checked the sludge levels and determined that after 3 years of light use, no pumping was necessary and charged for just a service call. read more

The office staff were great and had the prior records for my home. I set up an appointment and they (Brett) was here on time, finished the job quickly and efficiently but still had time to listen and to answer all of my questions and concerns. I called to set up an inspection & pump. I was told that both together would be $350. They came out & completed the job. I called later that day for an exact price & again was told it would be $345-$350 but the paperwork wouldn't be in the office until later & I'd get a call back. The next day, during business hours, I tried to call three times & got voicemail each time. Today, I called again for the exact amount so that I could square up the bill. I was shocked when I was told that the total was $618.45! I explained that I was quoted a much different price when I set the appointment. The woman said "well an inspection alone is $250." I again explained exactly what I was told when I set the appointment & apparently what I was quoted doesn't matter, I was brushed off!! My dad recently passed away & per his wishes I am to sell the house so this had to be done, but there is absolutely no reason to straight up lie to someone, not once but twice!! read more

Despite the negative review, I called AAA, as they are based in my area and I frequently see their truck. The office person was friendly on the phone, had information on my septic system, quoted a reasonable price, and called me to confirm on the day scheduled for service. they charged me $200 extra for digging at $50 per half hour They had the plans of my septic system in hand but I noticed they tried 2 other places before hitting pay dirt. Complained that the dirt was hard. Ok, but really, 2 hours to dig? Must have been. 5 year olds, as it took me a mere 20 minutes to cover everything up. Will not use them again. read more

As awesome as customer service can get! Brie saved my wedding. I had called another company several months before my wedding to rent 2 portable units, and 11 days days before my wedding I find they lost all my info and didn't even have a record of my order, and then were unsure if they would even have any available for me.
