Chris came out and figured out what I needed. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable, in my opinion including a warranty. I was sent an email contract that I signed immediately. Three days later, measurements were taken and I was told the install would happen the next Monday. Brody and Brian arrived on time and handled everything. They installed the A/C, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector. I was shown how to use the new, fancy thermostat and they were done. I called the office to make my payment. Done! I'm so happy and so relieved...and so incredibly cool!

We're happy they reopened. We like the Mongolian Beef; Potstickers; Chow Mien; and the Sizzling Rice Soup. We also order the Walnut Chicken (on the menu it's "Walnut Shrimp", but they make the change to chicken for us... and it tastes great.). Anyhow, happy they've reopened. The first mini split leaked freon so they came back to flush and reinstall. I don't use it often, but turn it on periodically, let it run and clean the filters constantly. The unit stopped working after one day. I had to call someone on the mountain to come before I left the country. They told me what had to be done. I called Paul and as usual he was very condescending (maybe it's why others complained of this). He cut me off and repeated a false narrative of what I said. The new workers heard him and they were shocked of how he was so disrespectful and gave some goofy explanation of what was wrong and that it was my fault as I didn't treat it like a car that sits constantly. The workers were shocked when they found the issue (but didn't try to blame anyone). The workers that fixed it live locally and have an incredible reputation. I will never use Paul again. I work in an industry with mostly men and they have always treated me with respect, unlike Paul.

Eric arrived on-time and stated something is wrong with your sink and it appears it has to be remounted. He stated Daniel does this work for us and is one of our plumbers. Daniel took a look this week and gave me a fair estimate for repairs. In addition to the sink, he found a leak on the cold water side of the faucet. The people here at Can Do are all excellent. Daniel, Eric, and Tyler did their estimates and plumbing work this week and the next day I met Renee and Christian that repaired the dry wall area where repairs were made to fix the water leak. Daniel will fix the sink next week. This team of people are all very personable, and competent. You can tell they like working for this company and they have exceeded my expectations. That is exactly what they did. No pressure, no upsell, just honest troubleshooting and a repair that made sense.
