Every time I asked for an update on the fire system he was supposed to install, he either dodged the question or had someone else pass along vague and inconsistent information on his behalf. The job kept getting delayed with no clear explanation, and when something did happen, it was either incomplete or faulty. The fire system he eventually delivered (after much pushing back) was far from reliable - a serious issue when safety is involved. I've worked with many contractors and techs over the years, and unfortunately, Robert stands out for all the wrong reasons.
