The job kept getting delayed with no clear explanation, and when something did happen, it was either incomplete or faulty. The fire system he eventually delivered (after much pushing back) was far from reliable - a serious issue when safety is involved. I've worked with many contractors and techs over the years, and unfortunately, Robert stands out for all the wrong reasons. If you value professionalism, communication, and peace of mind, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I was left with an invoice for $300 with no notification of a change in costs. They gave me an excuse that the units needed to be recharged. Which all of the companies do any way. This year I spoke to them as they called back and quoted me $18 per extinguisher. I reluctantly agreed. Again I was left with an invoice of $18 per extinguisher PLUS a $25 fee plus another $35 fee PLUS $18.74 FOR TRAVEL!!!! This company is sleazy and dishonest. While searching for some other info, I found out about Brand Co. As long as they are not busy, they will fill your tank while you wait for it. Last friday, I went the BrandCo after work to get my 20 pound tank refilled. Less that 5 minutes later, the tank was refilled. Having a brand new tank, this was great. The cost of CO2 was also reasonable. The counter person also said to store the filled bank in the truck, in case it explodes. Great service. Going back this afternoon to get my 5 pound tank filled.
