I left a review about 9 months ago, and gave the restaurant a poor review as it was closed by the county for health reasons, but had made a follow-up visit about a month later finding the food to be good and the place cleaned up. Per our review then, we found the food to be good, fairly priced, and the staff has always been great - it's the same now, only they opened back up for business about a week after I left the message after finding it closed. We're happy they reopened. We like the Mongolian Beef; Potstickers; Chow Mien; and the Sizzling Rice Soup. We also order the Walnut Chicken (on the menu it's "Walnut Shrimp", but they make the change to chicken for us... and it tastes great.). Anyhow, happy they've reopened. All Climate Air for the last 4 years has been my go too. The gentleman that came out was polite, upfront with what the issues might be and the cost because I asked. The issue was diagnosed, explained clearly to me and the cost was reasonable. No one likes dropping $440 out of no where but that's the price of comfort I really like their scheduling service Now the story, it was already after 5 when I noticed that the air had been on for about 40 mins and I didn't notice a different in the temperature. So out of a mild panic attack I first texted the office, then the tech. About 20 mins later the technician texted me back that because it had been so hot in the house it was going to take some time for the home to cool. Sure enough about an hour later the temp started lowering. The next day the office followed up to confirm there were no issues. Solid group. When it's 110 outside, you really can't wait two days to get some help. I really appreciate this about them. My technician this last time was Steven Olivas. He was super sweet and professional. Quick to diagnose the issue and even quicker to fix the problem. He explained everything to me and helped me understand my units better. We purchased our home two years ago in Stockdale estates and one of our units is a total dinosaur. He helped me with a game plan and I feel a lot more confident. Just wanted to give feedback on the unprofessional experience we encountered with "All Climate Air"! Our AC went out so I called "All Climate Air" to come out and repair since they said would be out the same day. I was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee but I didn't care as the temperature was forecasted to be between 100-105 degrees. When the service person came out he told us that the furnace motor was out and he was going to have to see if he could get one. I asked him how long it would take and he told me he would get back to me as soon s possible. I never heard from him from that day so I called towards the end of the day and talked to the service department or person. She told me she would get hold of him to see when the motor would arrive. She called me back to say he would call me as soon as he heard. To this day, which is now 5 days later, we have NOT HEARD from them!!!! Good thing as I called another local Bakersfield AC company and the problem was not the motor but a module. The service person I talked to on the phone diagnosed the problem better than the "All Climate Air" in field service person! This company had us up and running in a total time of less than 1.5 hours and that is including having the repair person go to his shop and get the parts and return to install. Long and short after being without AC in 100-105 degree temperatures for 4 days "All Climate Air" failed to provide a correct diagnosis and very unprofessional for not returning their phone call as promised! AND DON'T FORGET I HAD TO PAY OVER $100.00 FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME AN INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS! Today we had our AC unit serviced by All Climate. It was our first experience using them. While I appreciate the great customer service I received when I requested a quote (through the Yelp App), and with the woman who called to schedule my appointment and answer my questions, however I was a little disappointed with the mess the tech left afterwards. I received a call from my tech Ruben a few minutes before he arrived to my home. Being on time is a huge plus for me. He was friendly when he arrived and I showed him to the attic access upstairs. I left him to it and waited downstairs. When he was ready I showed him to the outside AC unit. While he was outside I went upstairs just to make sure everything was left in order. I was a little surprised when I saw the dirty hand and finger prints all over the ceiling (as well as the new crack in the attic cover) and a small mess on the carpet left behind. No tarp or gloves were used. I would have at least appreciated being told "Hey I'm so sorry I left a bit of a mess and accidentally cracked your cover." After he was done he came back inside to receive his payment. I mentioned the crack and asked if that was something All Climate would repair. He said, "Oh yeah sorry, there's not a whole lot of space up there. That happens, you can just paint over it." I just said "Hmmm okay." I paid him and he left. My two daughters and I then proceeded to clean up the "aftermath." Perhaps I can suggest a tarp, some shoe covers and gloves for your techs...your customers would really appreciate it. read more

We often get a mailer with a few coupons for AC tuneup or repairs from All Climate. My wife asked me to call them and schedule an appointment with them. When I first called the lady that answered the phone didn't seem interested. I was hopeful that she got all of the information right. We've lived in our house for a couple of years so we knew we needed to do this. I was happy when I got a call from them the day before my appointment to remind me that they were coming. The next day the tech called me and asked if he can come earlier... What? Early? Sure. I was happy that I didn't have to play the waiting game like I've done with other companies. He climbed up in to my attic and got right to work. He then went outside and cleaned everything out. He was super friendly and helpful. He gave me tips on how to improve efficiency in my AC and how to keep it performing at its best. He didn't try to sell me anything, but he did mention some things that may need attention within the near future. I appreciate the help! Had a brand new Lennox heating and cooling system installed today. I felt the price was very competitive and the installation went quickly and smoothly. I would have given 5 stars, but the techs didn't clean up very well and I'm not real thrilled with the way the brackets that hold the compressor look. They used the existing brackets from my old unit (I have a ground mount unit) and they don't match up real well with new unit. The new unit feels real secure, but it just doesn't look great. " A Chevy installation when you were hoping for a Lexus". We are looking forward to using our new system as the old one was a very tired 20 year old unit..... Time will tell if the new unit works well in the hot Bakersfield summers..... Update...... Took time off to meet All Climate at my house for a new HVAC quote to replace my failing unit. Technician quite annoyingly kept trying to do his sales pitch and seemed perturbed when I said that I was getting multiple quotes. I asked to have an official quote sent to me via email and confirmed my email address with him. Of the three companies I requested estimates from, All Climate Air was the only one who wasted my time meeting with them and didn't follow through with getting me a quote. If you don't want your time wasted as well, I suggest that you don't disclose that you are getting multiple bids. I guess All Climate is just afraid of a little competition. read more

As a first time home owner, I trusted All Climate Air to do 2x a year maintenance in 2017 & 2018. Although we kept asking the technician to check the thermostat and AC unit for issues such as the AC stopping in the middle of the night or day, he kept saying everything was okay. At the end, he recommended replacing the unit and that they'd give us a discount since we were customers. I was lucky to find an independent technician who replaced the motor that pumped air into the house, replaced an electrical panel, and replaced the thermostat. Much cheaper than the thousands it'd have cost me to take All Climate Air's "professional" maintenance services and "customer discount" replacement AC unit. Lesson learned: find a trustworthy independent AC technician and keep them nearby! read more

If I could have rated zero stars then I would have. I called June 1st for a servicing appointment. Was informed that they were scheduling out a month. I said that was fine. My appointment was set for 7/6/20. Not only did nobody show up, nobody called either. I called and they said people had called in sick. Reschedule for Saturday July 11. Again, nobody showed up and nobody called. Called on Monday July 13th rescheduled for today July 15th between 8:30-9. It is now 10:15...again...no one has showed up or called. I wish I could give them another chance. What sucks is that AC businesses are all busy so I might have to wait another month. Just a follow up at 10:50 I got a call from Nate. I called him back to let him know that since he was supposed to be here between 8:30-9 that I wasn't in need of the service. He hung up on me.
