Had to call twice for one estimate and never did get it and that was over a week after they came by.

Working with Jimmy from the very start of my search for a new fence & gate was seamless and incredibly positive. Jimmy was prompt for the site visit, and he sent me the quote when he said he was going to send it to me! The quote was significantly less money than the other quotes I received and frankly, he was much more personable, and that sealed the deal for me. The fence and steel frame gate also came with a 1 year warranty which was a bonus. The work was done promptly and beautifully and his crew was very professional. There were some initial things about the fence I needed fixed- with 5 dogs things had to be extra secure- and he sent his crew out within a day. Because our land is a bit raised from the sidewalk, after a few months, the weight of the gravel, that makes up our backyard, began pouring out from under the fence onto the sidewalk. I expressed my concern, and Jimmy made a point to come out and assess the issue within a few days. He brought in a 3rd party landscaper- a friend of his who was a top notch professional- to problem solve. What they came up with was to build a stone wall/planter all along the fence line to keep the gravel in and secure. Though Jimmy was not doing the work himself, he acted as the go between via email and phone calls with the landscaper to set the wheels in motion and the result is better than I could ever have imagined. It was a true pleasure working with Jimmy. It's clear that he cares about his customers and their satisfaction and he's willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're 100% happy. read more

STAY AWAY!!! Seriously......find another company. I hired AAA Fence because of the great reviews on Angie's List and thought they would provide good service. Nope. The guy that was sent to do the job left trash at the job site, left cigarette butts on the property, and the work was pretty crummy. Jimmy, had to call me asking where his worker was after the job was done. Why on earth would I know where your employee is at? I hired AAA Fence to install an entire new gate. The gate was measured wrong so the guy literally nailed on a 1/2 inch of wood to the side and made the entire gate look cheap. Fast forward 2 months and the entire gate has shifted and can't be opened or closed without ease. I contacted Jimmy and he sent the same guy back out to fix the gate. So now the bottom 3/4 of the gate has been sawed off so it's not even and looks even crappier than before. Oh and now my lawnmower can't fit through the gate opening because versus actually fixing the issue another piece of wood was added to the post that sits next to the house. I've been mowing my grass for 2 years and I've always been able to fit my lawnmower through the gate and now I can't. When the gate was "fixed" the second time the worker left without saying anything to me. Just got in his truck and left. And more cigarette butts were left on in my yard. Thanks, I really appreciate the crap job. I'm hiring another fence company to come and fix the job that AAA Fence couldn't handle. I paid good money for a crap job. I should've spent the extra $200 with the other company and had the job done right the first time. read more

The only thing done well here is the company name. For about 3 months we tried to have them rebuild our wrought iron fence. Should have been a 2-3 week job. They lied often, did sloppy work at best, and proved to be totally incompetent. We had to find someone else to finish. Beware! read more

Pros: Jimmy Love was quick giving me a quote. His price was along the lines of the others but I chose to go with him because I felt he would do a better job. We scheduled the install of one side of iron fence plus 2 gates about a month out (we hadn't yet closed on the house) I kept in email communication because of the rain but he assured me his team would be there and finish on time as promised. And that he did. It took a couple of days and they left a little mess behind (a large slab of concrete, which is still there, thanks hubby) but the fence looks great. Con: We went to turn the sprinklers on (which had been just tested upon move out) and there was a MASSIVE leak. I am not talking a tiny hole, I am talking water pouring into the neighbors kind of leak!) When my husband contacted Jimmy, Jimmy followed up emailing me the contract showing that my husband signed the agreement stating they are not responsible for any damage done on sprinkler systems. 100% Fair. He is not legally liable for any damage done. That being said, a response recommending me to someone he works with, notifying me when it happened (like I said, it was a big ol' leak, someone had to have known what they did) or even taking just a better business approach would have earned him a better approach. Funny thing, after posting and asking my Steiner Ranch Ladies for sprinkler recommendation (since I didn't get any help from Jimmy) I had MANY want to know what fencing company I was using, since with the recent storms they need fence repairs. Its a shame that maybe just a more caring approach in the damage done by his team would have made me happier. Sprinkler was fixes for $250 (I paid Jimmy $2000) and at the end of the day the fence was done well. Read the fine print and understand he will not be held liable for any damage to ANY pipes (gas, electric, water lines) and his team does hit these (obviously) read more

I had a great experience with AAA Fence Company. I needed a gate cut into my wrought-iron fence and knew it would cost me a decent amount thanks to the need for welding. I asked for a quote and got a phone call saying that if I could do the job the next day they'd give me a deal (it was more than $100 less than the other quotes I'd gotten so far). Naturally I agreed. The guys were on time, did the work in 45 minutes, and did a great job. They oriented the latch how I requested, capped the new posts, and painted it all to match the existing fence. They even stomped down the ground and vegetation behind the gate well enough that it could open fully. And, a bonus in my book, the completely cleaned up after themselves. I wanted to give an update on my fence work. One of my neighbors said that his gate wasn't closing all the way (joined gate with mine, I had the work done and the neighbor just gave me a check for his portion). I called Jimmy and told him about it (they did the work ~7months ago) and he came over and looked at it and said he would send someone out to fix it. Sure enough my neighbor tells me they came over and fixed it the next day and thanked me. AAA ensures the quality of their product, they didn't ask for more money to fix the gate and they were pretty prompt about fixing it. Thanks! We used AAA to replace part of our backyard wooden fence. Their prices were comparable to others but it took twice as along as it should. So if you have forever to have no fence then go for it. We have dogs so it was a royal pain for it took take longer. I would not recommend. read more

He was honest and gave me several great suggestions. I called him a fee days later to move forward, he had a crew at my house the next day and 3 days later my new fence was complete. We LOVE our new fence. It is gorgeous! After our neighbors had a 4' picture frame fence installed, we wanted the same thing. We had a 5' picture frame installed with bull panels. They line the 4 x 4's with cedar that can be stained. It was pricey, but we have nothing but rock, so they had to jack hammer every hole for the post. The deer can't jump the fence, so my plants are safe. Trent came out, gave us a quote that day and they started a week later. It took them 5 days to finish, but it was a lot of work and VERY hot outside. The gates were built on site and should never sag. This fence will out last us. Thanks again, AAA! read more

AAA Fence installed about 140 linear feet of cedar plank privacy fence along one side of our yard and added two gates - a narrow walking gate and a larger gate for cars. Trent met with me one morning and gave me a quote later that day. The holidays came and we were kind of wishy-washy about the installation date because it was for a house we hadn't closed on yet. As soon as I get back to Trent with an installation date, he arranged a crew for later that week. They finished the job in three or four days, the amount of time he estimated. We were satisfied with the quality of the fencing and gates. About a week and a half later, there was a really windy day that blew the gate open and bent the hinge so that the gate would no longer close properly. I called Trent and he assessed the damage. He sent someone over to repair it (and improve the gate so the same kind of event wouldn't occur again) within about a week, no charge. Now we're even happier with their job. They were easy to work with and we were happy with the job they did. We'd definitely use them again. read more
