The worst place. The guy is rude ,unprofessional, kept my TV for over 3 weeks, no answer to the phone calls.Is a Fraud.

I was met immediately by Anthony Morales, who helped me get everything I had already researched and decided on. He made my upgrade so easy and pleasant, with feeling as if I was stopping by a friends house. (Frankly, the store even had a really good music track playing too. ) I've been a customer of ATT since the days when they were Bellsouth. And this was one of the best experiences. He was knowledgeable and helpful down to the accessories I needed. Very much recommend others to stop in, as it's also my understanding that they're actually a new team of trained professionals established there to support and improve the customer experience.

Do not waste your time going into a store, even though it's a corporate office from AT&T because…read morenot even the manager in the store can help if you purchased your phone from another AT&T store that is unauthorized Dealer the corporate store can do anything for you even though they're the same company the same brand. I've been chasing after AT&T for the past three months to get credit credits on the three lines 3 devices that I have and they still give me the runaround. Do not waste your time with AT&T go with another provider there's tons of better providers out there. AT&T gotta do better with their services overall.

I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by Broadband MDU at Bay Village 1. As the only…read moreinternet provider available in the area, I subscribed to their most expensive plan--Rapido! Rapido! Extreme--expecting high-quality service. However, my internet speeds have never even come close to the promised 100 Mbps, so I'm clearly not receiving the service I'm paying for. On top of that, I was hit with a $25 late fee just one day after my payment was due, which feels unnecessary and excessive. These kinds of practices are more commonly seen with companies serving customers with bad credit, which is not my situation. Broadband MDU seems more focused on charging extra fees rather than fixing their subpar service. They shouldn't be advertising the Rapido! Rapido! plan if they can't deliver the speeds they promise. I hope they address these issues soon, but until then, I can't recommend their service.

Service is always disrupted, when you call you speak to a person who takes your info and passes it on to a 2nd level that fails to respond. Multiple times my service has gone down only to have to schedule a service appointment and take a half day off of work to get the system reset. Several weeks later it's the same rerun. If your looking to live in an apartment or condo that has service with this company, I would look elsewhere before signing a lease. You have been warned. Good luck!!
