The staff at the iPhone 911 were really helpful over the phone, gave me a very reasonable quote, and were able to confirm that they had my parts in stock and could have my repair completed in about two hours. This is all despite losing power earlier in the day due to a storm coming through! I don't know about you, but having good service and kind staff who are also dealing with the stress of a power outage gave me a really good impression over the phone. I had called two other places who's quotes were either more expensive, grumpy staff, didn't have my parts in or would take too long to repair. Iphone911 to the rescue!
