Well after reading the reviews I can clearly see my issue is not an isolated incident. My insurance company scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for this guy to service my washer. They sent me an email saying the appointment was confirmed. Great! Only the guy never showed up. I called and he said it's not worth it to him to drive 20 minutes to my house. Guess he doesn't like money. So here I sit, no closer to getting my laundry done because this clown doesn't want to do his job. read more

Don't call!!! I had them come out in the beginning of Feb. to fix my dryer. They replaced parts. Then during the next load it started making the same sounds as before. They came back out and said they put cheap parts in that often don't last (Why they used those parts in the first place beats me!) so they would need to order new parts. I waited 3 weeks with no word from them. Then when I called he told me the parts were on back order but he'd call as soon as they arrived. I waited until the end of April with no word. I called again and was told the parts still hadn't arrived. It's now been over 2 1/2 months. I told them that a friend had the same problem and was able to get theirs fixed the same day with no problems. He said if I had the receipt or a copy of the check that he would refund me. I texted him a copy of the check that day and now he won't get back to me. I have sent two follow up texts with no response. It will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well! My 71 year old mom had this company scheduled 2 or 3 different times. This is a no call no show company. Would not recommend to anyone at all. You just may be the one who gets stood up and waiting around all day for nothing like she did. Please look elsewhere. That is all. I could say more but I won't. If I could give negative stars I would have chose less than one star. Would not recommend this company what so ever! Originally started trying to have our dishwasher repaired back in July. Came out stated the fee would be $109.5 even wrote it on a receipt but charged us $149 was at our house for 10 mins to tell us we needed a part and would order it. Said would take 5-7 days, well 7 days came and went no response. Called/texted eventually 2 weeks later was told the part was on backorder d/t covid. Continued to check in, then started doing my homework called serval places including GE themselves and was told none of their dishwasher parts were on backorder. Confronted them, they called me back stating they had the part all along their part person never informed them they had the part in. Guy came out to the house only for it to be the wrong part he apologized said he would rush order the part and would call us in 2 days to come back out (by this time it had been over 7 weeks since we started the process). 2 days came and went no call. Meantime I had GE themselves come out and fix the dishwasher right away. I tried my very best to give them the benefit of the doubt that covid is still affecting everyone and not assume they were bad, but unfortunately I was wrong. When I confront them on getting my money back since they never even did anything for me they turned it around on me and nothing was their fault. I can totally understand if there is a supply order issue but when I tried to tell them I could get the part some where else for them they said no and magically they had the part the very next day to only be the wrong part when they showed up. This is my first Yelp review ever, but I felt I had to warn other consumers/teach AAA Appliance Service to learn business etiquette. My microwave had no power, I checked the obvious (breaker, outlet, microwave fuse) but decided I would probably need a professional. I knew I didn't want to spend a lot on a repair, a brand new same model microwave would cost $250, but I thought if I could have it repaired for half that or less it would be a win. So I called and left a message explaining the problem, and asking if they could provide me with a quote or if they thought it would be worth it to fix. I got a call back the next day simply stating when they could make it out to check out the microwave. I took this to mean they had received my message, and were going to swing by/diagnose the issue, possibly charge me a small fee for the trip and time, and provide a quote as to how much it would cost and whether it would be worth it to fix. Well they indeed diagnosed the issue...within 5 minutes. The guy waved a voltage reader of sorts in front of different areas, and quickly isolated and named the control panel as the problem. I knew that was probably going to be an expensive part and was already thinking I would just have to buy a new one, but at least could feel ok with the fact that at most I would spend $250 for a brand new one, while repairing would be over half that. Then, he says that he will have to charge me for today, and that they will call me later about ordering the part and the cost. He says it will be $99.50 for today. And I honestly thought he was joking, then realized he was serious. I checked after he left and the cheapest it would cost for the part I could find was $150. I called them later to ask if they would be able to get the part cheaper than that (hoping they could still possibly get the repair done for around half the cost of a new microwave) and he said the cheapest they could find was $200. I told them no thank you, asked if there was anything he could do about that $99.50 they charged me since they only came out for 5 minutes and won't even be doing the repair, and he said no, that is just the service fee for coming out. Look, I understand they are running a business. They need to charge a service fee, fine. And personality-wise, they are nice enough. What I am really upset about it that they did not disclose the cost of simply driving out to check the microwave, as well as knowing full well that it is hardly worth it to get a microwave repaired with a $100 service fee, which is almost 50% the cost of a new one. That would be the same as having them come out to check an $800 washer and charging you $400 just to take a look at it! It's easy, just make it a point to keep the customer informed ahead of any type of service! Ridiculous. read more

Highly recommend AAA Appliance. My dryer had been down a week and I was desperate to get it fixed. John fit me into his schedule and made it out within a couple of days. Very disappointed. My garbage disposal was leaking so a neighbor suggested them (I had just moved into my place 5 mo. before). It is a G.E. and he came to my house (did not ask me before he came what brand it was), said oh, he really doesn't work on G.E.'s and they are not very good, etc., etc. and suggested I replace it with a new In-Sink-A-Rator (sp.?) which would cost about $200.00 plus labor. I thought it was just the gasket that needed to be replaced so told him would rather try to fix it since it had worked very well for what I use it - no large pieces or bones, etc. He said he would try to find the gasket on-line - he brought his young son (in training) and said the fee just to come to my house was $89.50 and he went outside for something while I made out the check for $89.50 and gave it to his son. His son then came back and said it was another $30.00 for "the part," so I wrote a separate check for that amount. He had also looked at my washer as it had leaked and it was just something with the drum was off from some rugs I had washed . I waited over a week as he said he'd get back to me in a few days and called him and he just said he couldn't find the required gasket. I had checked on-line and found all kinds of them for like $5.00...so then I said, I already paid you for the "part" and he said no, that $30.00 was for LABOR! So, $119.50 and my garbage disposal is not fixed. Had he asked me what brand it was, I could have told him it was a G.E. and he could have told me over the phone about his opinion of the brand and saved a trip. He told me he would refund the $30.00, which he did as I told him I would just have a friend fix it. I work for a company that has large, very expensive service trucks (with high insurance rates) with Union labor for repair work and our hourly rate is $85.00/hr. AAA was driving a van so I'm sure the upkeep/ins. for that is a lot less than what my company pays for our 60' crane trucks. All and all, I would not recommend him or at least ask him questions before coming and wasting $89.50. I am retired and on a fixed income so this really irritated me! read more
