For those that are skeptical like me, you will be surprised... NO SHOCKED! The device is simple. Insert a fully customizable plastic piece into the bottom of the outside corners of your home. The corner piece is called the "corner post," and if you use a little mirror, you will see it is literally an open door and alley way straight up into your attic. We tried other non-violent means of keeping mice out of the attic. Unfortunately both the mice and the chipmunks chewed through foam and the rodents pulled out mesh material (we found that steel wool rusts and deteriorates and leaves a horrible mess.) I read this off the website "It fits up inside the corner post and does not require any screws, caulk, foam or glue to hold it in place. It does not contain poison or sticky glues, there are no springs and it doesn't require a power source for it to work 24/7." Absolute TRUE. This is patented and very well engineered. All American made. I appreciated them keeping it in the USA and supporting an American business :) One other little benefit...well kind if a larger benefit was it seemed to stop the cold air from drafting up into the attic from those corner posts. When you call to explain an issue they won't acknowledge they made a mistake. I called to reschedule a treatment because they never initiated the follow up. A service guy came by and tried to enter our residence without knocking first. I called 3 times to get them to return for a follow up I was told would occur in 4 weeks. They kept saying its quarterly when my agreement clearly says monthly for bed bugs. I was told the local office was sent an email to get in touch with me. They didnt call so I went to their office and I was clearly irate and all they could do was say I should go and they acted like they called the cops on the phone. I talked to a manager on the phone afterwards and she said I was told by cops not to come back when in reality I left before a cop ever showed up. They make mistakes then lie and blame the customer for being angry. Stay away is my suggestion. They are terrible to people.

I think I paid $150.00 deducted from my debt card on the phone when I called to make apt. NOW, my house is swarming with the large ants. It's been about a year. I feel I should receive compensation! I immediately called Medich Pest Control upon recommendation from a friend. Paul Medich came to my home to spray and promised me that all the bee's would be dead within 2 hours, if not he will come back as many times as I need for 3 months. The 3 months was part of his product and treatment "guarantee". This was great to hear as our 2 year old daughter, my husband and I are deathly allergic to bees. He charged me $120(which included the 3 months of warranty) in which I paid him via check. My check was cashed immediately. The next day 9/20/17, I come home from work to discover even more bees than before he sprayed. I immediately call Paul Medich, and receive a voicemail, to which I left a detailed message. I received no response to my initial call that evening, so I called four more times, with no avail. I also submitted feedback via their online form, with no response. At this point I wanted to go visit their office to get someones help, only to discover they don't have a physical office, only a PO box. At this point 400 bees had been killed in my home by either myself, my mother, or my husband, opening us up to serious health risks, I had no option, the bees needed to be dealt with immediately. 3 days later Paul Medich finally answers his phone, and told me that he "would be over in a little bit" I was so happy! I left work in order to be home to let him in. I waited over 2 hours, and he never showed up. Calls to his phone went unanswered. That was the last I heard from him.
