Moreno's Roofings' quote was significantly lower than the other quote I got. Moreno's installs a complete roof system , ice & water shield, felt paper underlayment & starter strip shingles around perimeter off the roof. They use Certainteed-Landmark shingles with a 50 year warranty. The crew arrived on March 24, 2025 and removed the old shingles from the roof and installed the ice & water shield and felt paper and staged the shingles on top of the roof. They brought along a dumpster and discarded old shingles and other materials into it as they worked. The next day they nailed the new shingles into place and finished up the job. They cleaned all debris from my yard and also rolled the yard with a magnet to pick up all the nails. My experience with Moreno's roofing was very positive, the crew doing the work were friendly, professional & very thorough. I am extremely pleased with the results, the roof looks great.
