I wish 0 stars was an option. This "business" does not even deserve 1 star…read more I came home from work on 9/19/17 and unfortunately found a bee infestation in my home. I immediately called Medich Pest Control upon recommendation from a friend. Paul Medich came to my home to spray and promised me that all the bee's would be dead within 2 hours, if not he will come back as many times as I need for 3 months. The 3 months was part of his product and treatment "guarantee". This was great to hear as our 2 year old daughter, my husband and I are deathly allergic to bees. He charged me $120(which included the 3 months of warranty) in which I paid him via check. My check was cashed immediately. The next day 9/20/17, I come home from work to discover even more bees than before he sprayed. I immediately call Paul Medich, and receive a voicemail, to which I left a detailed message. I received no response to my initial call that evening, so I called four more times, with no avail. I also submitted feedback via their online form, with no response. At this point I wanted to go visit their office to get someones help, only to discover they don't have a physical office, only a PO box. At this point 400 bees had been killed in my home by either myself, my mother, or my husband, opening us up to serious health risks, I had no option, the bees needed to be dealt with immediately. 3 days later Paul Medich finally answers his phone, and told me that he "would be over in a little bit" I was so happy! I left work in order to be home to let him in. I waited over 2 hours, and he never showed up. Calls to his phone went unanswered. That was the last I heard from him.

I took off work, shifted my entire schedule around, and sat by the window like a fool waiting for them to show up. Did they? Of course not. No call, no text, nothing. Then I get a notification on my phone saying the service was "completed." Completed by who? The ghost of Christmas past? Because I've been sitting right here and nobody pulled into this driveway. When I finally got somebody on the phone--after being put on hold for forty-five minutes listening to that elevator music--the customer service representative had the nerve to catch an attitude with me. Excuse me? I'm the one with the ants and the empty pockets! When a technician finally decided to grace me with his presence a week later, he walked around my house for five minutes, barely sprayed a lick of anything, and then spent the rest of the time trying to upsell me.

Now they are billing me and haven't even done anything. And once again, manager still will not call me. Do NOT use them. HORRIBLE!!!

I called them because of noises in the attic and till this day I'm still hearing it. These guys come acting like they are the most professional company ever and know what they are talking about. TRUST ME, once they get your money, they don't care about you. Super inconsistent. Dec 2024 - Spoke to Josh Rankert sales rep. He came and took pictures of my attic. Never physically went inside of the attic. He literally just poked his head in and took pictures. He said nothing was getting in thru the attic because it was all sealed up there. Vents had protectors on them and so did the chimney. So the only logical reason is they are coming in thru the bottom. Feb 2025 - gave them the job end of Feb and paid $2600 in full (didn't finance) for their "Orkin Shield" and came with a 1 year warranty. They set up traps to catch pest and said they would come check the traps in about a week. Mar 2025 - it's been a full month and nobody has come to check the traps. I had to physically call them to ask them when they were going to come check them. If I never called them, who knows how long they would have taken to come out. They said we are so sorry this never happens, we'll send someone out right now. Yeah okay, I'm sure it never happens. Jun 2025 - They sent out Josh's boss who is Benjamin Smith, he says they can't figure out why's we are still hearing noises on the attic but he assured me they will get it figured out. Ben didn't do anything other than come talk to me. That's it. They came and put more traps out a little later on in the day but that's all. Aug 2025 - still hearing noises in the attic. I called them and they plugged up a small hole they found outside. They thought that maybe whatever was getting in was getting in thru there. Didn't do anything as I was still hearing noises. Oct 29 2025 - I call them again that I'm hearing stuff in the attic. This time Don Whitenight came out (Lmaoooo. Crazy azz last name because he is not a White Knight what so ever.) and he brought somebody out with him to physically go inside the attic and GUESS What, THEY FOUND A BIG HOLE UP THERE. DON SAID HE WILL SEND AN INSPECTOR TO COME CLOSE IT UP!!! Oct 31 2025 - Don sends me an inspector by the name of Brenden. BRENDEN NEVER CAME TO PLUG UP THE HOLE. HE CAME TO UPSELL ME ON MORE SERVICES. I'm sorry guys, you couldn't take care of the first job I gave you and now you want me to give you more of my money for super bad horrible service again? Brenden kept saying, yeah we dropped the ball on this job, sorry for the service you've been given, but again he was trying to sell me more services instead of fixing the 1st issue, I can tell his apology was not genuine. BRENDEN SHOWED ME THE ORIGINAL ORKIN REPORT FROM JOSH. IT WAS WEIRD THAT HE SHOWED ME IT IN BLACK AND WHITE. Even with a lack of communication, it should be understood that this home is MINE, and does not belong to your inspectors. They are not entitled to come in my home any time just because they were hired by buyers. I did not appreciate that he had no respect for PRIVATE PROPERTY. The inspector allowed the buyers to bring a group of family members in four separate cars into my home. They treated my house like a public facility--using my personal toiletries, towels, and bathrooms without permission. I did not appreciate that no one was told to STAY IN THEIR CAR. How many onlookers does your staff need in an inspection??? I did not appreciate the said unwanted family members scraping their boots on the sidewalk before entering MY CLEAN HOME as if the home was already theirs and they could come and go as they pleased. They were obviously not helping the inspector with anything, they were just at my home to relax and invade my privacy. Most alarmingly, I discovered at 7:00 PM that my refrigerator/freezer had been shut off at the breaker. This level of carelessness could have resulted in significant property damage / food loss. When I was finally able to read the end result inspection list to my home buyers, it was noted that 2 breakers in the kitchen were not working, The inspector, Mark, shut the BREAKER OFF TO THE WHOLE KITCHEN, then requested that a licensed electrician come and fix them. I AM AN ELECTRICIAN. Wow ! Is this how you drive away home buyers ??? With stupidity? I am a licensed IBEW electrician. Would I honestly live here 11 yrs with broken outlets ??? And I really did not appreciate the inspector, Mark Ballge, allowing his clients, the buyers, and added family members, who did NOT OWN MY HOME, to come in and make themselves comfortable, forcing and wasting another extra hour of time into MY heavy schedule. They were not invited by ME into MY HOME and I should have been warned about this set up thru my realtor. Once again, they should have BEEN TOLD TO LEAVE. You have hired DISRESPECTFUL AND INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES; disrespectful to HOME OWNERS, incompetent to home buyers, and I would never use your service or recommend it.

It was very easy to schedule…read morean inspection and Franklin scheduled it to occur very quickly even though it was not an emergency (we appreciated the promptness!). Jarrett was great at communicating his arrival time (and he arrived a bit early, which was great) and, even though it delayed him quite a bit, he was incredibly patient and easy-going when we had difficulty opening a garage door. He gave us great info about the cause of our tiny ants and suggested a fix that did not involve using pest control. I really appreciated his expertise and integrity. Truly A+++ customer service. When you call to explain an issue they won't acknowledge they made a mistake. I called to reschedule a treatment because they never initiated the follow up. A service guy came by and tried to enter our residence without knocking first. I called 3 times to get them to return for a follow up I was told would occur in 4 weeks. They kept saying its quarterly when my agreement clearly says monthly for bed bugs. I was told the local office was sent an email to get in touch with me. They didnt call so I went to their office and I was clearly irate and all they could do was say I should go and they acted like they called the cops on the phone. I talked to a manager on the phone afterwards and she said I was told by cops not to come back when in reality I left before a cop ever showed up. They make mistakes then lie and blame the customer for being angry. Stay away is my suggestion. They are terrible to people.
