My mother paid for an alumiwood patio cover in 2017 for $8000. It was supposed to come with a lifetime warranty. In September of 2024 it was leaking. They came out in January 2025 and said they fixed it. It's been leaking ever since and has spread. When she calls or texts they ignore her. What kind of lifetime coverage is this? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Our patio cover has been leaking at the seams for a few years now. I put a call into the company and received a text that they would get back to us when they had an opening. It's been since Oct. 2023 and I still haven't heard back from them. Ridiculous! My patio was built in 2013 and the seams are leaking which I understand could need some repair. All we want is the original company to come and seal it for us. We know it will be at a cost and we are fine with it. We've called other companies and they don't want to touch it since it's not their original work. I wanted to update my review. At first I rated them 2 stars. The more I thought about it they deserve 1 star. I got a life time warranty with the patio. At first they came out right away to replace the burnt out light caused by the rain. They came out several times to keep on replacing the light, and try to fix where the rain is causing the light to burn out. Finally they gave up. Every time I call them for warranty they put me off. This is a family business that is not run professionally. Customer service is terrible. They are unresponsive to phone calls. They promise warranty but will blame you saying that patio is leaking because the gutters are full. Sending a picture of the completely functioning gutter and still they say it is the homeowners fault without ever once coming by to check on why it is leaking. To top that off, they are expensive. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate and Bobby showed up on time and gave us a lot of suggestions that helped us decide what would work best for us. Tom the owner later contacted me and got to work on the details of the job and sent over the estimate. Tom is a really nice guy who cares about his customers. There were some small issues that came up during construction but Tom made sure we were happy with the outcome. I need to give a huge shot out to Angel, the foreman on my install. He was great! Waste of my time. Set up an appt and immediately placed into my calendar like i always do with all my appts. Took time off work to make sure i was home. Waited the window time frame for estimator to show up only to have no one show up. I called and they said they put me down for another date. Sounds like a very disorganized company. I was refered to Quality Seamless Rain Gutters by a fellow real estate agent and was hoping to find a new vendor to send my clients to. I called for an estimate and was told that they were to busy and could not get to me for two weeks. After waiting two weeks and the day before my appointment a lady that really did not care how inconvenient it may be for me tried to change my appointment. I told her that I had waited two weeks for this appointment and already had other appointments at the time she proposed. She really did not care and did not even offer an apology. We had our patio installed in October of 2019. The first hard rain was in November. That's when we realized there were issues with the installation. Were the house and the patio meet we had a flood on our patio. The down Spouts draines onto patio. The cover almost completely covers up the gutters making it difficult to clean out. One would think being a gutter company before a patio company Tom would have known that would not work. My wife contacted Tom and he said he would stop by. He never did. I contacted the office in March and Tom came to our house and said if we had purchased the insulated roof this would not be an issue. (So it was my fault?). He said he would try to come up with something to fix the down Spout so it doesn't drain on to the patio. Three months later and no response. read more

I recently had an aluminum patio cover done by this company and I was highly impressed from start to finish. I called to set an appointment for an estimate mad Tom Phillips showed up as scheduled. He did the measurement for where the original patio cover was. I then called him back a few days later because I wanted to extend the cover and he came back within a day or so of calling his office. We scheduled a date for the install and his workers showed up and installed my patio cover within the same day. It was a major investment but well worth it. I would recommend this company to others. I did the alumawood patio cover. The cost was over $5,000 . The finished result looked great and the two guys who worked on it finished in 1 day. ( They are not bad to look at & work shirtless) :) I was happy with the ending result. UNTIL it started raining and i had several waterfalls from were they connected the new patio to the exsisting roof. I called Tom and he insisted i must have leaves stuck. I have no trees and neither does my neighbors. I checked anyways and i had no leaves. I even took pictures and sent it to him so he can see the waterfall. First I would like to say my gutters look great. The installers were about three hours late on the install, and I called to see how much longer I would be tied up. Judging by their behavior, that did not settle well with them. My problem with AAA is that the installers thru the gutter and downspouts that they removed in to my empty above ground pool. When they left, one of the men acted like a smart alec saying he " guessed they would not be holding me up any longer" Not good a PR tactic. AAA Aluminum Patios scheduled an installation of rain gutters on June 21st. They called and said they couldn't come that day and said they could come out on July 8th. Then they called on June 25th and said they couldn't come on 7/8 because the installer would be on vacation. How hard is it to know what your employees vacation schedules are? This is a mickey mouse company that is poorly run. We were in the process of getting our new roof signed off and my city requires rain gutters and rain barrels. Now we have hired another company. I just had aluminum rain gutters installed. Bobby came out to provide me with a quote and could not have been more personable and knowledgeable. Edith, as well as the other office girls, have been a pleasure to work with. Shane and Gary came out to install my gutters, and even arrived 15 minutes early. I walked the job plan with Shane prior to them starting the work. I expressed my concern about the downspout placements, particularly in the front of my house. Shane worked with me on the best options and even had me come out to see the progress and show me options for the extension length and placement in the front of my house before it was done. I wasn't happy with the end result downspout appearance of the right side of my house, which was done without consult first, and Gary and Shane quickly went to work on changing it for me. They were done with my entire job in less than 2 hours. Color of the gutters blends nicely with both my stucco and trim colors. I do not recommend wasting your time on this company. We waited a few weeks for an estimate and they never showed up, then said they can reschedule for a few more weeks out. The day before our estimate they attempted to call to confirm the appointment. They dialed the wrong area code so marked that they had the wrong number on file. The day after the scheduled appointment I finally got ahold of someone there (after 4 attempts). I asked when our appointment was scheduled because I knew it was that week but wasn't sure the exact day. I had my dog in the house all day the day of the scheduled appointment. On the phone I said I knew it was this week and wanted to confirm the date so I can let the dog outside since I had him inside for 2 days now. They said they will have to look it up and call me back. I spoke to the office manager who stated she was the one who called the day before I was unable to confirm the appointment. I asked if she possibly dialed the wrong area code, she said no, I've been doing this for 30 years I know to check the area code. I dialed the number with their area code and confirmed she did in fact dial the wrong number! She said that Bobby said he came to our house but the dog was out. First of all, they couldn't tell me what time that was. Second, if the dog was out, which he wasn't, wouldn't they ring the door bell to ask us to put the dog away. Third, why wouldn't you notify us when you arrive to do the estimate? Lastly, if, which it didn't happen, but if the dog was out, the dog has a separate part of the yard and they wouldn't even know the dog was in the back until they have walked all the way in the backyard. Well when I told the office manager that I was frustrated with this amd thought this whole thing was ridiculous she got upset with me, stated she couldn't do business with us and then hung up on me. read more
