Sam was great at getting me all the info I needed at the start, then the very cool Zoom estimating process where I walked Simon through my house with my phone showing him video of each room and what was going. Within 30minutes I had an estimate that was at least 50% less than I was expecting and they send you the MAX PRICE, not what it might be, but the max it can be based on time allotted with ZERO hidden fees. No extra cost for wrapping, no extra fees for blanket use, none of the BS most every other moving company had. I hate getting surprise costs or getting nickel and dimed so I LOVED this! Then got a few reminders as we got closer to the move and was told they would be arriving between 8am and 9am, which in my service experiences means 9am at the earliest and likely 9:30 or later, but nope, they text me they were on their way and were there about 8:05am. Five guys, two trucks, ready to get to work. All very nice guys that worked together very well as a team! They were super accommodating, very diligent (wrapping everything very securely with blankets and clear wrap), took apart everything for no additional charge (even an annoying four poster bed), took care of a very heavy piano and stand up freezer. Used straps and ramps and dolly's and handtrucks as needed, all while being very careful with floors, walls, stair rails, etc. They then went around at the end and asked about every other item I hadn't pointed out like planters and tools and other things that they gladly took for me. On the other end they were equally as protective and diligent and were great about taking direction for both me and my wife as to where to put things, and put everything back together, cut away the wrapping and took it away with them, and got unloaded in no time. It was a long day for those guys but they handled it so well and I was just so impressed 10 out of 10, have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so!

He insisted on a video walkthrough so he could give the most accurate estimate he could, explained everything and answered packing questions and more along the way. Day of the move, we had a team of 3 guys (thank you Lepi, Dairon and William!) who were awesome, careful and quick. I don't trust easily and I went into this expecting issues (like what happens with every move), but the team was excellent at managing them and really made it as easy as possible. Thank you guys!

We asked them not to pack the kitchen or bathroom, but they packed them both anyway. This means both time we paid for, and the expense of tons of supplies AND more work post move (since we now had to rewash everything). 2. They were wasteful so they could upcharge for supplies. Found a number of empty boxes. They used a wardrobe box to move a bunch of bubble wrap - nothing else inside. They emptied the contents a plastic bin filled with clothes into another box and then wrapped the empty bin in plastic - it truly made no sense. Found 5 barely used rolls of tape in one room after they left as an example...clearly just trying to charge for supplies. 3. Some flat out dangerous packing - they packed a bleach cleaning spray (didn't even move the nozzle to "off" in a box with cosmetics...could have ruined the items or gotten bleach on items that go on my face. (And again, I asked them not to touch my bathroom in the first place). 3. When signing the paperwork, they skipped over the part that asked for reimbursement coverage. I caught this and asked them to go back and give me pricing so I could decide what made the most sense. They asked me to sign and would follow up with pricing and then no one followed up. 4. I still haven't located a suitcase from the move (guessing it got left in the truck) and also had broken items (including a chip in my $10k dresser). They didn't reassemble a bed properly and then hid the pieces under the bed which means there's a risk of the bed breaking now and shows they were just cutting corners. 5. And after all of this, they have been non-responsive to my attempts to file a claim. Next steps are to take this to the BBB, try and do a chargeback from my credit card company, and post on social media so hopefully no one else falls for these scammers.

On the day of, two big trucks and 5 movers came and were friendly off the bat. We did a walkthrough of the house, and then they went to work! For customers, just stay out of the way and give input where needed, because it'll be hand trucks and furniture flying out the door, with speed and care. One team member unfortunately had to leave early due to a family issue, leaving a 4 man crew with a 5 man job, but they persevered anyways. With the reduced crew size, Brian, the lead, reduced the hourly rate appropriately, which seemed fair. Everything went totally smooth, and they let me reposition furniture in the new home once the trucks were empty. Brian, Justin, Sahib, and Solomon were all very easy to work with and made moving day less stressful than it needed to be. I highly recommend this company to anyone else moving! Money well spent.

Update: I called the number from the text and they confirmed they were Adam's moving. I confirmed the address in Seattle that was registered with the Department of revenue in Washington state. Checking with the Department of revenue in Washington state there is only one Adams moving registered with the state. I am attaching a screenshot of the text. There are far too many scams out there that try to start off by saying I have reached out to them. It's a way to get your foot in the door and get you to call back. I find it dishonest, and I would never do business with someone who started out a conversation by claiming I asked them to call me. Update 09/24/2026 They have messaged me several times. They claim they called the phone number in the screenshot and it belongs to an Adam's moving company in Texas despite having a 509 area code, which is eastern Washington. I explained to them again that I called the number and confirmed multiple times that they were in Washington State with locations in Seattle and Tacoma. I suggested that if they feel someone is impersonating their company they contact them. I stand by my review based on my personal interactions with the people I spoke to at the number shown in the screen capture. The fact that they're trying to tell me the 509 area code is in Texas makes me feel even more strongly that they are not being honest. When the movers arrived, the one doing the paperwork asked if there were stairs at the destination. I said yes, we're moving into a two-story home. He said that there would be either a $60 or $90 stair fee then, depending on how much stuff had to go upstairs at the destination. I was unimpressed by this surprise fee, especially hearing about it in the first five minutes that they arrived, but I was so impressed by everything else about their work that followed that I still have to give them five stars and recommend them highly.
