The rest had to undergo deep cleaning to salvage. Additionally, water seeping in from outside the unit damaged several boxes off office supplies and books. On top of this, they hiked the rates from day one onward. After two years, we were paying $2700/year to have our items ruined. They also ask you to review your leasing experience while you are still in the store. Front end process is seamless and easy, so they have a high rating on google...dont buy it!!!! DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE.

I got the U-Haul from there for just 5 hours and paid twice as much. I got there had a vehicle with a utility dolly reserved, which they did not have, not even a regular dolly but their website said it did. Secondly the engine light was in the vehicle but I was on a timeline and had no time to go reserve at another spot. The vehicle did last me the whole 5 hours thankfully. On my way back I stopped and got gas filled it up almost all the way full, which was the same spot where they gave it to me. Returned the vehicle and hours later got charged 30$ for returning the vehicle almost empty, which was a lie. Not coming back to that location for sure.

Darren was so helpful and friendly taking us around to find a parking spot that we would like for storage. The facility is very well maintained! Parking storage says uncovered online, but it is all covered parking here. Bibi was very courteous, and helpful on the phone, and also at the gate. I would definitely recommend this place for storage but I must say, the monthly payment for parking storage is Not budget friendly (3 stars). I assume because it is in town.
