BEWARE - STAY AWAY:…read more I received the wrong mattress: a much lower end model: Amargosa instead of Riviera in the wrong size: King instead of CAKing. Seller is not proceeding to an exchange and has stopped communicating. I found a listing on e-bay for a top of the line Aireloom Riviera California King and was asked by the seller Cody to avoid eBay payments to save on the fees. Payments was difficult with Zelle restricting payments limits to his wife Breanne Martin and PayPal flagging the transaction as a potential scam but I went ahead because of the positive reviews and my faith in the common good. The signs were there and I am now paying the price of dealing with an unfortunate situation. Since the mattress was shipping from AZ to CA, I explicitly asked Cody and his wife Breanne Martin to make sure the right mattress was loaded onto the truck to avoid dealing with a return. Guess what.. I received a much lower end mattress in the wrong size! The mattress condition is also not great. At that point it is obvious the intent was never good. I called Cody right away who seemed confused and unclear with what happened and promised to get back to me the next day. He has since stopped corresponding all together. He won't pick up my calls, call or text me back and won't respond to emails either. Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with a credit card dispute and move on to buy your mattress elsewhere.

Went in not knowing what we wanted, and within 10 minutes had tried five mattresses and found the one! We added the adjustable bed frame that raises feet, head, and even goes into recovery mode (head down, feet up)! Add in their mattress topper, like we did, and have a mattress that lasts longer than 12 years! What a great investment for our sleep- one of the most important areas to living a long, healthy life! They delivered and set it up for us, and even had an option to haul the mattress away! This purchase is priceless to me. Knowing we got a discount on the mattress and base of it without any haggling! T&N just opened a few weeks ago after having been closed since March due to COVID. You'll need to schedule an appointment online to come see the mattresses, since your party will be the only one in the store at that time. They are super clean and compliant with COVID guidelines, as they change out each topper on the three mattresses between appointments. What I love most about this store is that the employees are not pushy and do not seem to work off commission. They do not hover, and they let you take your time trying the mattresses out. T&N also offers a great 100 day trial so that you can return the mattress without hassle. I ordered the Mint last week, and I already love it!

I can get used to a pretty wide range of plush or firm mattresses; however, I married the fabled princess from the fairy tale, "The Princess and the Pea." Bed DRS flooded the zone with practical advice and helped us focus on how we sleep and as we age how we find relief and comfort from the day's collected aches and pains. This place is a shady operation…read more Went in yesterday with my elderly dad to help him find a new mattress. After he found one he liked but that was out of his price range, the salesperson said don't worry, he would check to see if they had that mattress "on outlet," in which case it would be far cheaper than the list price. He then confirmed that he did in fact have one, and my dad agreed to purchase. He never explained what "on outlet" meant, and we both just assumed it was overstock or something, like the outlet stores we've been to. When the mattress was delivered today, we found that it was a used mattress. Not once was the word "used" or "pre-owned" mentioned during the sale, and we certainly wouldn't have agreed to the purchase if we had known it was used. When my dad called to complain about this, the salesperson became argumentative and flat-out lied, saying that he had had a side conversation with me where he had clearly explained that "outlet" meant pre-owned or floor model. What he didn't realize was that he was on speaker, and I was listening to the conversation. When I confronted him and told him he most certainly did not ever explain any such thing, because I wouldn't have allowed my dad to purchase a used mattress, he then copped an even worse attitude and tried to twist my words around, saying, "So I didn't tell you ANYTHING about this mattress...." He then told me he would "talk to his manager" to see what they could do and call us back. We haven't heard back after more than 4 hours. I believe this was a deliberately deceptive sales tactic to use the misleading term "outlet" to hide the fact that they were selling us a used mattress until after the sale was completed, at which point it would be "too late." (They have a "no returns" policy for pre-owned mattresses.) So my 80-year-old father, who is on a fixed income, was ripped off into paying far too much for a used mattress. Stay away from this place. I am going to send an email blast to all of the local retirement communities detailing their deceptive practices. And no, Mattress Firm social media flack, don't bother responding with one of your empty 'I'm so sorry this happened, please call me so we can make this reight" BS replies. I've worked in digital marketing for years, so I know what this BS PR tactic is meant for. You should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to use these kinds of deceptive tactics on the elderly.
