Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability.
