I ended up calling to make an appointment. I was done earlier than expected. I was in and out within 15 to 20 minutes. They had a coupon online that I used, which made it an even better bargain. I will definitely return again as I have in prior years. And if you're in a rush, they do offer DMV services. It is a bit more than what the DMV would cost for registration, but if you're in a rush, it's good. I wouldn't wait too close to the registration due date. I believe you do need some time for the DMV to recognize the payment.
