There was a distinct shaking of the engine when at idle, the ABS light was on, and various other things needed to be inspected. I also had Chris install spark plugs that I purchased. Upon inspection, Chris quickly identified that the motor mounts were bad, the valve cover gasket was leaking, one of the spark plug coils was bad, and the rear ABS sensor was completely busted! Chris was able to diagnose and complete all repairs in less than 24hrs! I also expressed my concern of staying within a specific budget on the repair, which Chris was able to help me with. This is my 3rd time having Chris take care of my vehicles. I completely trust his opinion and expertise and won't take my vehicles anywhere else when I need a repair or even just some advice. Steve completely changed that experience for me. From start to finish, he communicated every step of the process, sent me detailed pictures throughout the repair, showed me any damaged parts that actually needed replacement, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my vehicle at all times. That level of transparency is rare these days, and it immediately built trust and loyalty.
