Thank you for coming to save us!!! Our family experienced an emergency with our bath tub faucet today when we couldn't turn it off (and yes, we did go on YouTube to look up some tutorials without any success)...the plumber came to rescue us within 20 mins when we made our call. His quote was more affordable compared to other competitors! And on top of all of this, we called several businesses and they didn't return our calls. The technician came and he was very nice. He was so pleasant to work with. I totally recommend Super plumber to anyone. Give them a call and you will not be disappointed! read more

Had them come out and replace my water heater that was no longer working. Very friendly, fast and knowledgable. I quoted 3 other plumbers for this fix and by far had the most reasonable pricing. Profession work! Would recommend. read more

I was looking for a good local plumber and asked for quotes from several companies. Eric came by and gave me a great price and did not try to up-sell me like other folks did. Finally, he was able to snake a clogged main drain line where two other plumbers failed before him. I really appreciated the effort and honesty he put forth. read more

Used again, honest agreeable and always available last minute to help. I highly recommend! I used them for jetter and snaking.

If I could give more stars I would. Eric and his team are the very best there is. We bought a headache of a house last year. Within months of moving in, we had a pipe burst. I got six estimates (all from equally well-rated plumbers on Yelp). Eric was the only one to give me two options to fix the problem and explain them both. He had the big job completed in two days and even included repairing some other minor pipe issues we had. We have had him out to do several other projects as well. He remembers us every time we give him a call, and is always equally as responsive and thorough. He is definitely our go-to plumber, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. read more

Eric was fast, efficient and did great work! My water heater died during the coldest winter week to date in LA. I was skeptical about yelping for a plumber but could not be without hot water. He answered right away and fit me in that day to access the problem. He gave me a price quote and offered to get it done within 24 hours. This is where his customer service went from great to exceptional. I had called my home warranty and found out that the replacement would be covered but they needed to speak to Eric to get a work order. It was late in the evening and Eric patiently waited on the phone with me nearly 20 min before speaking to a rep. He went through the entire process to get approval. The next day he replaced my water heater, and adjusted the faulty door. He ALSO found a gas leak under my home and tightened the pipes to stop the problem. I would definitely recommend Eric's services to any one in need of a plumber. His price was very reasonable, he was very professional and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. read more

Eric came in 15 minutes and fixed my garbage disposal in less than 10 minutes!! Great service.

100% satisfied! Had a crazy pluming problem 1st thing in the morning. Found Eric on yelp, called him up and was here within 30min. All my pluming was clogged, Eric did everything possible to fix the problem from my end, as we found out that the problem was coming from the attach unit on the side. I was extremely impressed with his patience to keep trying and wait for the tenant on the other side to come and open his unit. Finally he was able to enter the other unit and fix the problem. He even took the time to call that weekend to check that everything was running smoothly. Believe me Eric is the plumber to keep on your contacts. read more

We placed in inquiry on Yelp and Eric was the first to respond to replace a failed water heater at my parent's home. He asked for photos of the existing water tank and was able to fit us in the next morning. The price was very reasonable, and the techinicians were there at 0830 the following morning. There was some communication lapse as I had thought Eric was going to call my brother since he lives in the same house as my parents, but my brother never received a call. In any case, I did let my brother know of the scheduled time of the replacement. The work was done in a little over an hour and they did a very nice job. Overall, we're very happy with the response and the work, and recommend using Super Plumbing/Rooter Expert for your plumbing needs. read more
