They didn't open the lid of the tank or use a camera to inspect anything for cracks or damage. They DO NOT check the inlet or outlet to make sure there's no blockage. I hired Brookside Septic Tank Service Inc. to do the tank inspection/clean out on a new home we were purchasing and the owners son was sent out to do the inspection and clean out. We were charged $350, which we paid promptly. We were also told that the header would need to be replaced and they quoted us $900. We worked it out with the sellers that we would have another company come out to get a second opinion on price to replace/repair the header. When the second company came out, they stated that the tank was only half cleaned out and that they charged us for work not complete. Also, the header does not need to be replaced. We called Brookside to ask them to come finish the job since they already have the money for the service to which they refused and called everyone else "liars." I am furious that they refused to complete the job or refund the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
