We came up upon A to Z Pediatric Dentistry in Gilbert, AZ. The attention to detail was so far so good. The staff in general communicate the what, how and when's appropriately. Dr Mercer was amazing and you can tell she knows what she is doing. My son had to be medicated for this 45 min process and it all went well. They work like a well oiled machine. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and confident in what they do. The facility is small, but is definitely kids friendly and well kept. Clean and organized. Thumbs up! I will update in 6 months. Thank you read more

We LOVE A-Z pediatric dentistry!! Both Dr J (Mercer) and Dr Jensen have repaired my children's front teeth & have done incredible jobs! They could be cosmetic dentists with their attention to detail. I love their bedside manner & the way they speak to the kids + assistant we had was incredible too (but I didn't get her name). 10/10 recommend! read more

The doctors and staffs are so welcoming and friendly! I always walk in smiling! I've had to many bad experiences in the past with other offices and went to plenty to find the right one for my precious sons. The doctors here care for the kids and walk them threw a very nice and calming process so they're at ease and comfortable. I was more concern with my 6 year old son because he has sensory issues and can't sit still to long but I am at awe and amazed! I trust my sons with them whole heartedly! Dr.Jensen thank you for providing the best dental care for both my sons! You are Ah-Mazing! read more

A To Z Pediatric Dentistry - My son is just chilling thank you Dr. Jensen - Pediatric Dentists Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

This place is great! Dr. Jensen is beyond phenomenal at what he does! Highly recommend. The staff is nice and quick and super efficient.

This is a great dentist. They are really good with kids. Been going there for a few years and will continue to.

I don't know how I keep forgetting to write a review on my sons dentist office..... this place is too awesome to forget! I have a feisty little fella, im always concerned when we go to the dentist because I don't think he will let the Dr.'s clean his teeth. His last appointment was a few weeks ago and it went great!!! The office staff is very friendly and the Dr.'s are GREAT with children. We were literally there for maybe 20 minutes! It was nice to show up, go right back, get business taken care of and be sent on our way! Their waiting room is very cool for kids! They have a little play area on top of a video game room.... I may or may not have been in there playing games (I mean watching my son of course) The only time we have ever gone in there was when we had to wait for the Dr. which was the previous visit and that alone was 10 minutes at the max! Everything is kid friendly and nice and clean! I really enjoy the atmosphere, the friendliness and the confident of the Dr.'s at this practice. Finding a good dentist for a child is quite difficult, im glad we started going to the dentist early in my son's life and lucked out finding this office! We will continue going here until its time to find him an adult dentist! Thanks for making a trip to the dentist easier on mommy! Keep it up A to Z! read more

The dentists and staff at the Gilbert office are fabulous! They are very friendly, patient, helpful and are so great with the kids, even the little ones! I love this office and have been bringing my children here for the last 8 years. I am really glad that I found this office. read more

Family friendly dentist! Warm welcoming staff and Dr Clark is amazing.

I had appointments for 5 children at once... that could potentially be a disaster, but it was such a pleasant experience. Everyone was so awesome! My 2yo had her first dental appointment and felt so comfortable that she didn't even freak out. Dr. Jensen was so good with the kids and was so personable! read more

Dr Matt was awesome he saw and treated all 3 of my kids! He was extra, gentle and patient especially with my youngest and her crazy tongue and opening and closing of her mouth! He was a trooper! The assistants and hygienist I wish I knew their names were awesome they always help us out! The front office is always polite and quick to get back to us. We will continue to come back! read more

I never write reviews, but I know how frustrating it can be to find a great dentist. I brought my kids here for their first dental check-up. Having worked for a dentist for several years myself, I was very pleased with this entire office. The front desk was friendly and prompt and the kids loved the video game room while waiting. We got right back and while one was getting x-rays, the Dr. came and introduced himself. He was personable with my children and had them at ease almost immediately. The Dr. was quick but very thorough and even let the kids "assist" him while they had their teeth cleaned. We had to make another appointment for a filling and they were very accommodating and quick to get us in. Overall, it's a clean office, friendly staff, wonderful doctors, and my kids had a great first experience with the dentist. Thanks A To Z, so glad we found you! read more

I was 20 minutes late to my 3 kids' appointments due to an unexpected circumstance and couldn't reschedule. They still got us in and had a pleasant and friendly attitude the entire time. Even better is that my kids enjoyed being there, including the 2 year old! It's so comfortable for kids and very stress-free for parents. They have your child in and out so quickly, there's no time for anyone (including myself) to get antsy. read more

I have 4 kids and have been taking them here for years. Always have a great experience and love the fact that I can text when needed for appointment scheduling. read more

I called in a panic on Tuesday morning after my son fell and broke his 2 front teeth at recess. Shari was amazing, she calmed me down and fit us right in the schedule. She also told me to put the other parts of the teeth in cold water. When we arrived Dr. Jensen saw my son right way and was very caring. He told him not to worry and that he would fix everything. He did a fantastic job bonding the teeth back and you can't even tell the difference! My kids also come here for checkups and I highly recommend them! Thank you to everyone at A to Z pediatric dentistry! read more

I switched to this office when another Pediatric Dentist told me they would have to do IV anesthesia for a few cavities. I wanted a second opinion as I didn't want my child to go through such a major procedure for a cavity. My son is very active and was only 3 1/2 years old. I was worried that they wouldn't consider anything else. The dentist was very patient and was able to get his cavities filled without the IV anesthesia. They were willing to work with us and make a stressful situation bearable. I am happy that I found this office! read more

We had our first visit with Dr. Clark, he did not look at me or even tell me what was going on with my sons teeth, I only heard him talking to the dental assistant and then he literally got up and walked away to the next patient...we scheduled our next visit with Dr. Jensen, who has been PHENOMENAL! We always schedule our six month check ups and any treatment necessary with Dr. Jensen he is very thorough, talks to my child directly and then fills me in completely on what he feels needs to be done. He never does anything unnecessary, and I completely trust his opinions and treatment with my three sons dental care! The practice overall would have 5 stars if it weren't for Dr. Clark and our first experience....The front office staff is also second to none!! read more

I have been taking my children to the Gilbert Office for over a year now and have had nothing but great experiences! The staff are always so friendly, efficient, and kind to myself and my children. They all provide quality, customer service! We will continue to take our children to this location for their dental needs. :-) read more

Awesome place! My daughter has had a hard time with dental appointments in the past but this place did a great job on her filling.

I have 3 dd and have taken them to see dr. Clark and dr. Jensen several times. Dr Jensen is amazing he was very patient with all 3 of my girls and was amazing when my 3 yr old needed several fillings. Dr Clark was quick and efficient with my 5 yr old crowns however I feel his bedside manner was a little abrasive. I will definitely request dr. Jensen for all our appointments going further. read more

Dr. Clark is wonderful, patient & explained everything. Staff was great with my four year old, explained everything and let him touch and see (non dangerous) dental tools so he wasn't afraid. read more

Dr tyler is the best so nice very patient all my kids see him top doc bye far only he could get 6 cavities done on my 4 year old wee love him read more

Only dentist my kids have ever seen and we love them. It's important to me that I can go back with my kids and be with them. I like to talk with the dentist and discuss things. I love that I am welcome in any area, even when they need to do a filling. When they were little the dentist would treat them with my child on my lap and knee to knee with the dentist so they could look at their teeth. They are incredible and really patient. They respect me as a parent, and I have always been treated as an important part of the team. Dr. Jensen is amazing!!!! The hygenists are so sweet. I wouldn't take my kids elsewhere, and bonus, I can schedule all of them at the same time (I have quite a few kiddos too) They look forward to their next appointment. read more

I could not believe the amount of unprofessionalism! They called twice to confirm my daughter's appointment. I traveled from Scottsdale all the way to Gilbert because I had seen their reviews and thought it would be a good choice. Then when I showed they were closed, doors locked! I called and only got the answering machine that they were assisting another patient and to leave a message and they would call me back. I left a message and waited 20 min. No one ever showed. Not even the courtesy of a call or voice mail message! read more

We love Dr. Jensen, he always tells me what my options are for my child's teeth and allows me to talk with my husband first before we agree to a plan of action. We always feel welcomed by him and most of the staff, some of the assistants are not as great with my little girls but overall I feel like this place has been awesome for my kids! read more

I brought my son in for the first time and was very impressed. He loved the atmosphere and Dr. Jensen was professional but was still able to help my little boy feel comfortable. The murals on the walls were amazing and the speediness of the visit was awesome. I really liked every member of the staff I had contact with. They even gave me a reminder phone call to let me know when it was time to schedule his next appointment. I will definitely be a loyal client there! read more

Such a wonderful experience! It was so nice not having to wait 2 weeks for and appointment. I called and they fit me right in the following day! I have three kiddos ages 7, 6, and 4 and they each give A to Z Pediatric Dentistry their seal of approval. I was a slacker with getting all of my kids in to ever see a dentist so yesterday was the first experience for all of them. Everyone from the front office to the hygienists to Dr. Clark were so kind and patient. They made them feel comfortable, assured and important. They also made sure that I was included and gave me clear explanations of everything as well so that we all knew exactly what was going on at all times. I had a difficult time deciding where to go and did quite a bit of research in making the decision. Since A to Z lived up to my expectations I just wanted to make sure to throw some stars their way and let everyone know that they are a great office! Oh, and my kids wanted me to add that the games in the waiting area and the token to go get a prize at the end of the visit were pretty awesome too :) read more

I took my son here and had okay experience so decided to go to a different dentist and I am so glad I did.

We love A to Z Pediatric Dentistry! We have been to both locations, and seen both Dr. Jensen and Dr. Clark. Our kids love the office and have had great experiences there. I'm positive you're kids will love it! read more
