Dr Mercer was amazing and you can tell she knows what she is doing. My son had to be medicated for this 45 min process and it all went well. They work like a well oiled machine. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and confident in what they do. The facility is small, but is definitely kids friendly and well kept. Clean and organized. Thumbs up! I will update in 6 months. Thank you

I was brushing her teeth last night and noticed she had what looks like a cavity on her molar. Clearly Martin Dental did not do a thorough examination on her. The staff there was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. We will be coming back.

I'll follow up with details of our issue if not reached out to by Sun Valley. I left voicemails and sent multiple emails to the office manager who gave me her information after the incident and never received a reply. Heather was incredibly rude, and very loud about her complaints to the point that the Doctor had to step in and confirm that we were doing the right thing. Every doctor we have seen over the last 4 years has been great, but due to Heather and the lack of support we won't be returning unless it's resolved.

We came to Kidtastic for a second opinion and loved our experience here…read more My daughter is usually the crying terrified child at the dentist but she did not cry at all at Kidtastic. This is a testament to how loving and kind Dr Brown and ALL the staff are. They make my daughter feel heard and noticed. She completed a crown and stayed completely still the whole time while Dr Brown cleaned up her teeth. She did not need sedation because she trusted Dr Brown and his staff. I couldn't believe how much has changed since choosing Kidtastic. I'm proud of my daughter and also so glad we came here for the second opinion. It really turned her perspective of dental visits around! I'm so relieved. The front desk staff are all lovely. Phone calls are met with kindness and patience. Would definitely recommend Kidtastic!

We had a very disappointing experience with this office. We arrived for both of my children's…read morescheduled appointments only to be told they didn't have the correct insurance information on file, so both appointments were canceled. The staff claimed they had called and texted me beforehand, but I never received any calls, voicemails, or text messages. What was most frustrating was the lack of any apology or empathy. Instead of trying to help or acknowledging the inconvenience, the staff were rude and dismissive. This was also our third visit to this office, so it was especially disappointing that something as basic as insurance verification wasn't handled properly before our appointment. Having two children's appointments canceled after taking the time to get them there was incredibly frustrating. I expected much better communication and customer service from a pediatric dental office. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I can't recommend this practice.
